The house is beautiful, the spaces are very comfortable, Carlos and his wife are very friendly and willing to help with everything you need, as is Marlene. I would definitely go back to the accommodation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

Our stay was exceptional. From the moment we got to our exit we were very well assisted. The house has an excellent structure, is very well taken care of, has jacuzzi and BBQ area. We arrived and the freezer and refrigerator were already on. Very clean linen and towels were provided. As a differential they still provide beach chairs and a special affection with children's sand toys. The house is in front of the beach of João Fernandes, the most beautiful in b***s. I would like to leave a special thank you to Leni, who has welcomed us wonderfully well, very attentive, makes flawless food and makes the stay even better!!

Absolutely loved Marcelo’s place. We are a young family of 4 (with a 1 and 3 year old) and it suited us perfectly. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of Buzios and really easy to Uber everywhere. The house itself is beautiful, really homely with an amazing kitchen set up. Great if you plan to stay in some nights, which we did with small kids. Marcelo made it really special though. He was a fantastic host, gave us tonnes of really helpful recommendations and always responded immediately. He even sent us a focaccia on our first morning which was delicious. Would definitely stay again if in Buzios!

Our stay was perfect! The house is exactly the same as in the photos, and has everything we needed, (water purifier, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, electric iron, cooler and beach chairs, among other utensils). The air-conditioning in the rooms works perfectly, it's very cold, we didn't miss anything! Toninho is a nice guy, he welcomed us with a morning snack and gave us several good tips for walking around the region!

The house is beautiful, even nicer than in the photos. The view from the patio, especially at sunset, is beautiful. The house was impeccable, the furniture and utensils are high quality. Very comfortable beds, with cotton sheets and towels. Lele, the housekeeper, is very friendly and respectful. She spends a few hours preparing breakfast and tidying up the common areas. There were 9 of us, and the house was very comfortable for everyone, especially since each room has its own bathroom. The only small room is the one in the basement next to the garage and laundry room, but it was useful for us because of the number of people we were. The area is very quiet, within a private neighborhood. I recommend having a car as you have to make some steep climbs. Brunno was in touch at all times and was super friendly. We'll definitely be back!

We love the weekend very much, the house is beautiful and cozy, super clean and organized, quiet place, a lot of peace and good energy! Near the best beaches of Buzios. The hostess Valéria was a 1000!!! Always very friendly , attentive, and answers all questions quickly. It was very kind and received us with a delicious coffee from Minas Gerais and some cold breweries. It also gave you several tips for places ,tours,restaurants. We'll be back for sure!

This is the third time I've stayed at Danuza's house, the house is wonderful, it has everything we need, well equipped and always very clean and organized. The view of the Lagoon is the charm of the house and the reason I always choose it, in the morning and afternoon, to walk on the bike path in front, where many seniors walk with their pets and people exercise. It is very close to the Shopping Mall and has many options of restaurants, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries. Super recommended and I'll definitely be back.

Both the residence and the complex are very well maintained. It's very comfortable and functional. And the location is ideal for exploring the beaches and being close to Rua das Pedras.

Cristina was very attentive and complied with our requests, because, as we went with small and allergic children, we really need some details about the cleanliness, organization and structure. There are no points to claim . We just highlighted an extra attention to the air conditioners, as we noticed that they were a little dirty, but we understand that it is part of the constant use and it was a detail that would not prevent us from renting again. We intend to return soon !

Cute little casita with all the amenities described. The property is clean and bug free (huge plus)! Excellent location (close to shops and many beaches)! We enjoyed our stay :)

The house met my expectations. Not to mention Marcos, I didn't meet him in person, but he was always kind and attentive. We really liked it. We're already scheduling our next return.

The house is spectacular: the walk down to the beach is priceless. In summer the beaches get crowded (especially Joao Fernandez) and being crowded under the umbrellas is not pleasant. Here you have the option to walk on the beach for a while and combine it with the pool. Its two barbecues (quinchos) were clean, impeccable, each with their own bathroom. Location: 35 minutes walk to Rua das Pedras or 8 minutes by Uber. The Uber takes about 10 minutes to arrive. The area is very nice. The house's interior: the furniture is old and dark, but we spent a lot of time on the terrace, with an excellent view. Good mattresses, fan and air conditioning in each bedroom, we slept ok. I highly recommend it, I went with my wife and my 2 children, but the house comfortably accommodates 14, each in their own bed Greetings Nilva and Sonia

It was the best rental we've ever been on Airbnb! I highly recommend, Glaucia super helpful, responds quickly, the house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos! We were very delighted and wanting to live in the house so beautiful and cozy! The adults turned children in the house, even pique hides we did! The accommodations are very good and also comfortable, the air freezes well and everything clean too! We had no problem with anything at all. It has a nearby corner market and it is also a 10 minute drive to the beach of the pero, what a lovely and beautiful beach! It is beach for surfing, pulls a little water, but you can have a lot of fun! We'll definitely be back soon!🙏

We stayed for the second time at Casa das Palmeras and the experience was excellent. The house is just 150 meters from the beach and about 15 minutes from the tourist areas, so I recommend renting a car. The house is very nice, with a charming exterior and comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The pool, at about 32 degrees, was a great success for our children, as well as being deeper than it looks in the photos. The garden is a place to enjoy, full of greenery, flowers and bananas, which my children could enjoy directly. The common areas and bedrooms were clean, although some details such as improving the kitchen counters and faucets could help. The staff was very friendly, especially Jussuara, who took care of the maintenance, and the gentleman who takes care of the pool. They made us feel right at home. It is undoubtedly an ideal place for families looking for tranquility, a beach without crowds and a cozy atmosphere.

Matteo's house is even better than the photos, we were in 5 adults and 2 children, all with the necessary privacy, clean bathrooms, delicious baths, great beds! The outside area is delicious, you don't even want to leave the house! Mto good pool, clean and all in a condominium with great infrastructure! Ronaldo who welcomed us, gave many tips and was extremely requested! Note 1000 for communication with the owner and his friendliness tb!
