This studio is just steps away from the beach and one block from Lincoln Road. It’s family-friendly and there’s lots to do nearby, while staying further away from the “party-area” on South Beach. The beach and boardwalk are directly behind the condominium. You’ll also get access to the fitness center. The pool is always peaceful. Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds. The kitchen is fully-loaded. Bathroom has a tub. Minimum 30 day stay is required. It’s the perfect escape for snow birds!

Note that W South Beach 11th floor corridors will be on repairs and refurbishment from August 15th 2018 until August 31st 2018. The Residence will not be affected but we anticipate there could be a few more dust than normal in the corridors.
