Within the heart of Cebu City- 5 minutes drive to Ayala Mall. Has a small commercial establishment right across the bldg with restaurants, spa and 7/11 convenience store. Furniture & appliances are of good quality and are well taken cared of. Balcony has a beautiful view of the sea & pool. We have stayed here for more than a year so we have experienced how nice the unit is, ourselves. We take extra precaution too by cleaning our unit with the use of a hydrogen peroxide solution.
