The location is ideal in the 10th district, on the edge of the 3rd district, at very short walking distance of the hip and popular districts of Le Marais, Canal Saint-Martin, rue du Château d'Eau, and rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.

In the heart of Montorgueil, in the 2nd district, on the first floor with no lift of a historic and classified building. Open plan kitchen with all the amenities, bright, 5 big windows for 48 square meters, bathroom with monsoon shower, dressing, bedroom with shutters and blinds. And 2 electric fans. There's Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, DVD/CD player. It's a very sought after area, pedestrian streets, markets, cinemas, theatre, close to everything Paris has to offer.

My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.
