Gypsy Wagon, Curio Bay, Catlins.

Fully self contained gypsy wagon located close to beach of Porpoise Bay. No ocean views but beach is 2min walk. Super king size luxury bed. Very tidy inside. Cooking facilities. Log burner with wood supplied. Outdoor BBQ. Linen/towels included. This accommodation is located on our property beside our house. The toilet/shower room (converted water tank) is located 9 meters away from the gypsy, a short walk across the grass lawn. Our gypsy wagon can sleep 2 adults plus one small child in one bed

Beech Bach is a spacious tiny home. Guests love the inlet views, coziness, privacy, quietness, wildlife, & quirkiness of our 1 br bach. Includes car (T&C apply), & transfers. It's only 1.2km from the village - there's a couple of hills. The kitchen has lots of supplies & equipment. Gas hob, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, electric frypan, slow cooker, & drinking water filter. TV & Starlink WiFi. The loo is in the laundry accessed via semi enclosed porch. You're only 2 minutes walk from one of New Zealand's most beautiful beaches and a 15 minute drive from central Dunedin. Three Bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds and 2 Singles. Two full Bathrooms, both with walk-in showers We are pet friendly and the property is well fenced so your dog will be safe to roam around the lawn.

Kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, electric benchtop cooker & airfryer. Ensuite bedroom has queen bed and cot. The spacious lounge/dining room has 2 fold-out double sofabeds. Ideal for a peaceful overnight stop or short break. 35-40 minutes from Dunedin via Brighton, 25-30 minutes over the hill from Dunedin airport.

Ringaringa Beach Cottage, comfortable whole house

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be.
