Beautiful apartment on 1st floor in a quiet cul de sac very centrally located. Garden view and no load shedding. Close to: Steve Biko Academic Hospital Urology Hospital University of Pretoria Hatfield Gautrain Station Embassies & Consulates DIRCO Loftus Versfeld Shopping Centres All within 5km/15min drive. Coffee shops, restaurants, and a fantastic park are within walking distance. Unfortunately, the apartment is not child-friendly and we do not cater for infants and/or small children.

A large lagoon swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees and lounge chairs, inviting guests to relax. Various umbrellas provide shade, while people enjoy the water. The modern architecture of the surrounding buildings complements the vibrant scene, with clear blue skies overhead.
