Vacation rentals with a patio in The Annex, Old Toronto

Nice, quiet, private, clean and stylish. Totally worth it.

This was the most incredible Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Super flexible check in and check out, so thoughtful with lots of snacks laid out and nespresso machine, soda stream, Amazon Alexa, Netflix etc access, washer dryer, beautiful balcony…the list goes on and on! All of these thoughtful touches made the place truly feel like home even if just for a couple of days. Could not recommend this place more!

Omorinsojo's place was exactly as described. We had a fantastic stay. Any time we needed something, they were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. I just wish we had better weather so we could have enjoyed the incredible view! Also, so fun to look through all of the books. Definitely not enough time for all the books! :)

Brilliant stay! Susanne and Fred are amazing and responsive hosts. A slight issue with a blown fuse was resolved within minutes! Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Toronto, easy to get to downtown Toronto using public transport. The appartment is extremely clean and offers everything you would need.

We loved our stay , beautiful view, enjoyed the chocolate maker store adjacent to the apartment. It was easy to get around and the area was walkable and safe. Everything was as described in the add and a very nice apartment.

Great little apartment with a perfect walk-out deck. Half the price of a typical Toronto hotel room, in a better location, plus you get the kitchenette and patio. Just to note - the place does have heating/AC as listed but it doesn't appear to be controllable within the space.

Lovely tree lined , family friendly neighborhood. Apartment was comfortable and well equipped.

Great stay! Definitely will book again

Great location accessible and equal distance to downtown and outlying neighborhood / suburban areas. Wonderful cozy home with nice back porch and grill, good sized master bedroom, useful second bedroom, amazing chef’s kitchen, and spa like bathroom. Parking municipal lot is offsite about a three minute walk away, but you pay hourly or overnight $3 rate (very reasonable, and can pay remotely with app). Some street parking too, but with time of day restrictions, etc. Overall amazing stay, high quality host, and great space layout / size.

We had a great stay. Martha thought of everything: recommendations, several items for breakfast, etc. We felt at home and the neighbourhood was very peaceful. The patio was also really nice! My daughter was very happy with her big room downstairs and the upper level was great for us parents. I highly recommend this place! Thanks for everything Martha!

Wholly recommend anyone to stay at this property. The location is absolutely perfect - a few minutes from a bike rack and park, Venice and Italy neighbourhoods and easy to get anywhere - but even more importantly, a wonderful, peaceful street with super sweet neighbours (who left a big printed and signed note on our door with recommendations of where to eat the following evening as we'd been talking in the garden!) The house is immaculate. Not just clean as you'd normally expect but perfect plumbing, electrics, everything ... super clean and fresh smelling - honestly, hats off to you and your cleaning people - just amazing. Jordan was super sweet, sending a message in advance wishing us safe travels and what time would we arrive and did we want anything. The house itself is awesome. We used the sauna every morning and night. Every bedroom was spacious and comfy beds and wardrobe space. Finally - loved the porch. Every night till early hours we sat out with a drink chatting :-)

Esther’s place was one of the most fantastic Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in! I felt right at home and in fact would love to make this my full-time home. It’s just gorgeous and has every possible feature one could look for in a home, is super conveniently located, and yet still somehow quiet and peaceful, despite being in the city. Do not hesitate to book this place!

Loved our stay at this beautiful and coquettish landway home. Everything was well thought out and optimized. The neighborhood was full of restaurants, independent shops, and cafes to discover on foot. A gem to experience Toronto like a local. The host was responding quickly. We highly recommend it!

His place was clean and tidy. I did have a hard time getting inside not knowing what apartment was his. But with that being said I went back into the details and it was all there and was very clear. So make sure to read details, more become available once confirmed. Compared to the outside of the building walking into his place was like a little oasis. I would definitely stay there again because it was nice and clean. A lot of restaurants and shops right on his street. I was able to walk a lot of places even though it’s a busy street. You really don’t hear anything inside I was able to sleep peacefully. Thanks Khaled dor being a great host!

Booked for my friend and he likes the place

One is always wary of booking online. However, Alyssa’s quick responses to our questions and clear instructions regarding our check-in lowered our concerns. This included photos of the location of the lock box along with codes. While the building was busy the room was quiet. We were very pleased and will book again with her.

This was my first Airbnb and it was great! The Location itself was located in a nice area with a nice view from the balcony. The living space was really clean and aesthetically pleasing, and everywhere you could possibly visit was located in a walkable distance from the condo. Furthermore, the check-in and check-out details were very clear and convenient making this experience feel friendly since I was able to remain comfortable for my entire stay.

Beautiful condo in downtown Toronto right by the CN tower. Everything was spotless, plenty of towels / linen. Beautiful balcony, was great to enjoy the summer fresh air. Ali and his team were extremely well communicative, responding to all my questions promptly. Would absolutely stay here again anytime I an in Toronto. Thank you kindly for being wonderful hosts!

Vivek’s place was clean and central to everything. Checking in is a bit of a thing, getting to the 4th floor without the fob, but the place was great and just as described.

This place was great! Easy check in and great place to stay.

Se Youn was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating around checkin and checkout times. The place is wonderful as well w all the modern amenities.
