The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location but still ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. Located in the traditional village of Theologos ,Thassos. LINόS is located near the center of the village but away of the noise, it will provibe a peacefull accomodation. It's only 10km away from the sea and that means a 10' drive through a lovely road surrounded by pine trees. The 720m2 of the property will gives you a sense of traquility and calmness to your family. If you have PETS ,it will be the ideal house for them because the whole estate is surrounded by a stonewall with fence.

The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.

A newly refurnished, spacious house(87sqm) a few minutes away from the beach, with great view and a big, lovely garden. It includes all the amenities and it is also located in a quiet neighbourhood with free parking space and a forest nearby. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market near by as well as plenty of tavernas. The beach is sandy and great for families with young kids.

A bright and cheerful maisonette with a superb location, only 1 - 2 minutes walk to the beach. It is situated on a small hill thereby offering magnificent views of the entire bay of Golden Beach.
