Relax in this 55 m2 apartment on the 1 st floor, 8 minutes walk from shops and close to the Domaine des Lacs, the Rotonde... Accessibility: 15 minutes walk from the train station. Close to the expressway with easy and free parking in front of the apartment. In the forest hides La Chapelle du Coteau which offers a relaxing and unique stay. Offering garden views, this vacation home includes a large (unheated) pool, a bedroom with a rosette, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV (no WiFi), an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. For added convenience, the property can provide towels (€5/person) and bed linen (€10/per bed) and the Jacuzzi on reservation (€20/2 hours).

Close to the Épinal - Nancy highway and close to a lake for water recreation: Wam Park (6 min by car). It is also close to the performance hall: the Rotonde. Parking is available in the alley.
