This is a lovely little spot in Thao Dien! Super close to everywhere you’d want to go in the neighbourhood but slightly removed from the business of Xuan Thuy so it feels quieter. A bit of construction going on the street, but that’s to be expected in lots of parts of Saigon. Overall, a perfectly comfortable stay in a great location and a very responsive host!

This was my first Airbnb experience in Vietnam. Far exceeded my expectations. Feels like home! Host is responsive and answered all my questions almost in real time. Place is clean and comes fully equipped to cook a proper meal. Location is excellent as well, next to the metro and plenty of good restaurants. Will come back!

It's a great location in Thao Dien right next to the new metro line and lots of restaurants and amenities. Nhan was always helpful and responsive.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and spacious. We were surprised how beautiful she was. Actually, it is exactly as pictured, but the atmosphere probably cannot be fully photographed. Very stylish! It had everything you need on a trip in an apartment. Including tea and coffee! The additional shower on the balcony was awesome. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was large and very comfortable. We had good and regular contact with the apartment owner. We were expected and got help with carrying our luggage up. Once you've been shown how to open the very modern digital door lock, it's quite simple. (We didn't know this system yet). To get to Ben Thanh Market, you just have to walk through the park. Some smaller restaurants for an authentic small meal are right outside the door and around the corner. I highly recommend this apartment!

Hang’s apartment is cosy & clean. It also has great views of the city & river. Everything is conveniently located within walking distance or a quick Grab ride. Hang is also a great host as she is super responsive and helpful with her replies. I would happily stay again and recommend her place for everyone!

The apartment is really spacious and was very clean. The location is perfect as everything in district 1 is walkable and it is still very quiet. There are nice coffee shops on the lane that the apartment is on and a place to do laundry, so everything you need. Would definitely reccomend. Great value.

If you're looking for a truly outstanding home with an above-and-beyond hospitable team, this is the spot for you! I've stayed at quiet a few places in HCMC and none has come even close to the standard that the host and their team has for their guests. Often times, you'll find Airbnb stays in Vietnam have great customer service, but it lacks the warmth and care that this team has. I would highly recommend reaching giving this home a try and more specifically the team. You won't be disappointed!

Great place, stocked with everything you need. Good quiet location in Thao Dien but still close enough to walk to anywhere.

It was a clean and nice building.

Amazing accommodation. Very central location in a cool old building but a quiet street, easy to get anywhere. Super cool space, lots of room and stylish and on top of nice cafes and bars. Very responsive host. Only note is that it is a studio with the toilet in the room - makes for slightly awkward situation if you are staying with another person. Otherwise incredible spot!!

If you’re looking for a luxury experience relative to the cost of Saigon. This is the place. Absolutely beautiful. Very convenient for walking to shopping and lots of food.

Lam is a fantastic host. He was quick to respond and he helped me with everything, including where to find office support. It’s a beautiful, well kept apartment. Everything was working. You can tell that the hosts had put a lot of care, effort and detail into making sure their guest have a comfortable stay. This place is not for anyone who can’t climb stairs. 104 steps in total from the ground floor up to your bedroom. But great exercise! ❤️ I was here in April and the heat really made the room hot during the day. There was a fan and air con, but the weather really hit hard. But the evenings were beautiful. Overall, a great play to stay if not for the heat. Special praise to Lam. Best host ever!!

With the reunification celebrations we didn’t know of street closures. Chuyên made sure we were aware that after 5pm access would be limited. Which really helped us prepare for our stay. The accomodation was beautiful and he was so helpful throughout !

Great apartment in the heart of District 1. The pool was a welcome relief and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend for a family stay. Lots of cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Our stay at Opera Residence was absolutely gorgeous—truly one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced, even better than some five-star hotels we’ve stayed in. Great place, view, location, modern, spacious, clean, and no bugs. However, the AC leaks a bit of water when running for a while, so don't put your laptop under the AC ventilation to be safe.
