The 100-year-old house has been lovingly renovated. 200 square meters on 3 levels offer enough space and retreat areas for 8 people. Large windows and an open living area with oiled wooden floorboards give the rooms light and atmosphere. The house is good for couples and families with kids.

The apartment is located on Federal Highway 244. Unfortunately, traffic noise is also to be expected during peak hours.

Im Bad Dusche und WC, im SZ ein Holz-Bett 140x200 cm mit neuer höherer Matratze +Topper und 1 Schrank. Im WZ steht eine Eckcouch, die Platz für 1 Person zum schlafen bietet, 1 Sessel, TV und ein Essplatz für 3 Personen. W-Lan vorhanden.

We are two sisters who grew up in Bad Suderode and have already given vacationers and spa guests of the place information about excursion destinations in the area in our childhood days. New on the farm: seating for guests! My place is close to the train station, and the city center is also easy to get to. Still, it's very quiet. The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children, of course also for couples and business travelers. In addition to the apartment, we have a large property which can be used by arrangement. A car parking space is available in the courtyard under the carport (narrow access). Pets are not allowed!!
