As an architectural designer/engineer, scientific researcher, investor, and holistic wellness doctor, I arrived late at NKP airport, feeling disoriented. The host, embodying warmth and professionalism, immediately guided me with clarity and kindness, offering more than just directions. The entire experience, from the welcoming front desk to the thoughtful room service, reflected an incredible blend of Eastern philosophy and Western contemporary organic design. The facility’s layout, infused with Feng Shui principles, created a sense of balance and harmony. This thoughtful design, combined with the rich spiritual history of the Mekong River and nearby ancient Buddhist monasteries, fostered a deep sense of interconnectedness with nature and the cosmos, making my stay feel like a true sanctuary for the mind, body, and spirit. The kindness and energy of the host and the multicultural community make this wellness sanctuary unique and unlike any other place around the NKP area.

What a great host. He went far beyond what was expected. He helped get our laundry done. Took us to a local restaurant and offered to take us to the airport. We had an amazing trip. The place was stocked full of everything u need coffee, water, soda, bicycles to tour the city, etc.. The Nordic house was impeccable. Everything was in walking distance, the night market, Mekong river, best place to stay in that area if you want to be close to everything. I would definitely come back again not only for the location but the hospitality shown to us.

Comfortable place to stay. Beautiful house. Quite clean. We checked in a lot because we were driving from Bangkok. The house was well served. From the house, it was quite easy to get to. Not too far from Lan Phaya Sri Sattana. Two nights too little stay this time. I have a chance to come back and stay for many more nights.

My first visit to Nakhon Phanom was for business, and I initially had no expectations. I just needed a place to stay for a night but ended up being thoroughly impressed. The accommodation was clean, affordable, and well-located, with stunning views of rice fields and fresh air. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the Mekong River, where there are plenty of food options and an amazing atmosphere. I rented an electric bike for 50 baht/hour and enjoyed exploring the city and river views, it was an incredible deal. The staff even dropped me back at my accommodation for free. The locals here are incredibly kind, friendly, and genuine. The host, Siri, was fantastic, helpful, approachable, and full of useful recommendations about the area. I’d rate the accommodation, people, and atmosphere 10/10. What started as a routine trip turned into a memorable experience, and I’m already planning to come back. Highly recommended! 😊

Peaceful Escape into Nature I had a lovely stay at this homestay. it’s peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature. The host was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. Even though it’s about 20 minutes from town, it’s absolutely worth the drive if you’re looking to relax and disconnect. A perfect spot to recharge and enjoy the natural surroundings

This place is fantastic. whether you are just looking to get away from the major city or maybe you are passing through, in or out of laos by the friendship bridge, this is a fantastic place to stay. very very clean and modern style living with amazing unobstructed views of the river from both the bedroom and the living room. air conditioning 👍 beautiful sunrise over thakhek laos and the host will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. if your coming through the area, I definitely recommend to you!
