Vacation rentals with a balcony in Thailand

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked with items to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Do not take this for granted - we have stayed in other places using the Airbnb platform in Chiang Mai, and some charge the same fee, but did very little to keep their place clean and livable. Ratagit takes really great care of the apartment. The location is right smack in the middle of the tourist area, right next to the MAYA shopping center and One Nimman, and a quick Grab or tuktuk ride to the old city inside the moat (only a 20-min walk if you’re up for it). Amazingly, the apartment is very quiet. There is also good security. The hosts were always quick to answer any questions and accommodated our request for two keycards. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Highly recommend a stay at Ratagit’s apartment in Chiang Mai. Well worth the price. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at in Chiang Mai.

Very beautiful place! Close to everything like restaurants, beach, massage, Bangla Road just right on the block. Very convenient. Inside the unit is so clean and the beddings is like a hotel. I highly recommended whoever going to Phuket! And the host is very responsive.

Positive points: - air conditioning in all rooms - equipped accommodation (toothbrushes, earplugs, etc. provided) - spacious rooftop - water supply (container) - foot massage machine - accommodation 11 min walk to Khao San Road - 7/eleven is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation - restaurant and brunch across the street from the accommodation - reserved space to store our luggage - Host responsiveness We had been informed that the accommodation was on the 5th floor without an elevator but it was not a problem for us.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house was spacious, the furniture was new, and the design was well thought out. The beds were comfortable. However, there were quite a few steps to reach the rooms, which was a bit challenging for my parents, and the shower area was quite narrow and small. You had to walk a bit to throw out the trash, as the bins weren’t very close. The location was central, but we didn’t really enjoy Chinatown that much. There’s a night market on the street next to the house, and a 7-Eleven is also very nearby. Overall, it’s a house that can be preferred, and the hosts were communicative and helpful. Thank you.

I stayed in this rural villa in Mae Rim County, Chiang Mai for two whole months and felt that I chose the right place from day one.It is far from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by rice fields, mountains, insects and birds. Wake up to the sun and breeze every morning. Live life slowly and be healed. The villa itself is very spacious and clean, the design is simple and practical, the lighting is good, the ventilation is good, and the living facilities are also complete.The kitchen is suitable for long-term residents to cook. Go to the nearby market to buy some fresh ingredients and make some simple dishes yourself. It's more lively than in the city. The host and housekeeper are very friendly and patient, and respond quickly to any problems encountered.The host often gives me delicious desserts🍮.The motorcycle broke down, and the host's nephew took us to fix it right away, which made me feel very at ease. Although it's in the countryside, life is not inconvenient at all.There are convenience stores and local markets nearby, and most daily necessities can be solved in ten minutes by bike. And there are actually a lot of interesting small shops and cafes hidden in Mae Rim County, some of which are very unique, blending Thai North culture and handmade art.When I was free, I went shopping and wandered around. I felt that there was a sense of relaxation and surprise in life.I posted some photos of life around the neighborhood. All in all, it was a very relaxing, comfortable and warm stay.If you are looking for a place that can really slow down your body and mind, I highly recommend staying here for a while, maybe you will be like me, not wanting to leave.

This is genuinely by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world! it was also better than any hotel or villa I stayed in, in 3 months travelling throughout Thailand. Tom the host is genuinely a legend, he went above and beyond to make my stay as good as it could be and the apartment is brilliant. Spacious, modern and clean and in the best spot in Chiang Mai right in the middle of Nimman road where all the bars, restaurants and cafes are. the price was also incredible, amazing value for money. if you can definitely book this place for your stay in Chiang Mai because it was a big part of me enjoying my time in Chiang Mai so much!

Dr. Supot and team were very welcoming and made our check-in and stay very comfortable. The condo is very modern and clean, the amenities (pool and gym) made it feel like we had our own rooftop patio. Getting around by boat was very accessible, however walking from the station is about 20 mins if you miss the boat. We just used Grab scooters to get home easily but otherwise a very safe neighbourhood. Only issue was the lower floor bedroom bathroom needed some light reno and the interior closets. Overall a great place to stay for over 6 guests in Bangkok, highly recommended!

I really enjoyed staying at Natasa’s place. It is conveniently located, not far from Old Town, Chinatown, Night Bazaar, night markets and local restaurants. It is also at a walking distance to a couple of convenience stores. I like the amenities like the gym to keep me in shape for sightseeings and the washing machine for a light load of laundry. I appreciated the beautiful artworks hanging in the living room and the bedroom. All in all, it’s a nice and comfortable place to stay. It feels like a home away from home. Her place would be on the top of my list next time I visit Chiang Mai.
