This is the fourth faculty-led trip for gradiuate art students I have run, and we have stayed at Francisco's house each time. The house is lovely, and great for medium to large groups. Convenient to Chapultepec Park and its museums, it has been a perfect base from which to explore Mexico City.

The cabin is very nice and functional, cozy, clean. It is located very close to a main avenue and the security is excellent. Felipe was always available to us. There are also many places to eat.

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

Excellent house, very nice, comfortable and clean, highly recommended to rent for a large family. We were very happy with the stay, we highly recommend it.

The group throughly enjoyed Ernesto’s place and the surrounding neighborhood. Highly recommend the frozen margaritas at the creperie down the street.

We loved our stay at Casita Coyoacán. The place is cozy, quiet and very conveniently located. The garden was my favorite spot, perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon. Edith was super friendly, helped us settle in from the moment we arrived and always responded very quickly. Thank you so much for everything!

We were in the apartment for several weeks and we felt very comfortable, you don't need anything for long stays, the apartment, the residential and the area is very nice. We had no inconvenience for you. Hosts are very responsive and responsive. I would stay if there was a chance again. :)

Such amazing views! Watching the sunrise each morning on the terrace was truly magical. Great location with many food spots and grocery options nearby. Transit stations are short walks away. Very comfortable for the 6 of us.

Inside a gated high-rise condo building, with many amenities like a great gym and an indoor swimming pool. Underground parking. On a high floor with a great city view. Safe and walkable neighborhood, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is clean and modern. Close to best areas of Mexico City such as Polanco, Roma, and Condesa. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

While a bit away from the main tourist spots, the apartment is in on a quiet street and what seems to be a very safe location. With a Walmart Grocery store only a 5-6 minute walk away, it was easy to stock up on food and water for the day, along with a number of restaurants within walking distance. In addition, CDMX's main park is only a 20-25 minute walk and was a pleasure to run to in the mornings. The apartment itself is very modern and the building staff at the entrance were always friendly.

Ivan's apartment is really excellent for a long stay in CDMX. It is close to several tourist spots and is an area with a lot of activity but at the same time quiet and peaceful when you are inside the apartment. We hope to stay at this beautiful and comfortable place again very soon in the near future.
