Nous sommes très satisfait de notre voyage nous connaissons très bien martil et cet endroit est la meilleur endroit directement sur la plage , la terrasse a vraiment une vue exceptionnelle c est vraiment un endroit très agréable pour passer un bon moelle en famille , cete février on nous as mis un chauffage à disposition on a même pas eu besoin de l’utiliser , Reda qui s’occupe de tout si besoin est très accueillant et joignable nous recommandons 👌

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce superbe appartement, idéalement situé dans une résidence calme à quelques pas seulement de la plage de Martil. Toutes les commodités sont disponibles juste au pied de la résidence : banque pour le change, supérette, restaurants, achat de carte SIM… Tout est à portée de main, ce qui rend le quotidien très agréable. La piscine est un véritable atout : toujours propre, bien entretenue, entourée de magnifiques jardins parfaitement soignés. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant et disponible. Un véritable havre de paix pour se détendre et profiter pleinement de Martil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Séjour avec ma fille de 5 jours, tranquillité extrême, pas trop de touristes, belle piscine, tous les gardiens 24h/24h super gentil, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, cuisine et surtout pour ma fille le Wi-Fi. Je remercie vraiment Loubna et son frère qui était sur place pour ce bel accueil et si je dois revenir à Martil, je me ferai un plaisir de revenir chez Loubna Inchallah

A great experience and one of the best spots in Marina Beach, a beautiful apartment decorated in a cosy and modern style and very well equipped (Smart TV, High speed) and with a nice terrace, only few meters from the beach and with 3 swimming pool you have everything needed to enjoy your stay, and last but not least Laila is an amazing host, very reactive and flexible. I will for sure recommend this apartment and Laila as a host.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, einige Tage in dieser Wohnung zu leben, und es war eine fantastische Erfahrung. Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und modern eingerichtet, was sofort für ein Wohlfühlgefühl sorgt. Besonders begeistert war ich von der gut ausgestatteten Küche und dem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Alltag sehr erleichtert. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und freundlich, und ich habe mich jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Ein großes Lob auch an die Vermieter, die sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend waren. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen waren sie stets erreichbar und haben schnell geholfen. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung, die ich jedem weiterempfehlen kann!

Very beautiful apartment with an amazing view in the big residence pool and greenery. There are plenty of parking sports inside the secured residence and the location is perfect with only few steps away from the Cabo Negro's most busy area with a plenty of great restaurants.
