The “grottino” (NL-00003565) is a small, detached two-room house: on the first floor, there is a living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower; on the second floor, there is a sleeping area with a queen-size bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden for guests. It is located 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona, and 25 km from Locarno. HOLIDAY CARDS for everyone.

The grocery store and the public transport stop connecting Sala to Lugano are 50 meters away. The two-room apartment, which overlooks the private garden, is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a private parking lot in the immediate vicinity.

It is considered a strategic town, a few kilometers from Lugano and numerous tourist attractions (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, Mountain Bike excursions, Monte Tamaro, etc.). Close to many services such as: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATMs, post offices and pharmacies. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main public transport (bus and train) and highway entrances.
