Rob and Theresa are great hosts, friendly, thoughtful and extremely attentive. The reception was warm and you almost forget that you are at an Airbnb and not with old acquaintances you want to invite to your home next time. The house was very clean and fully equipped. I have never seen a hotel or Airbnb that was so well cleaned, and then it was also on a sandy beach and dogs are allowed so it is even more special. We will definitely come back when we are nearby!

The place is identical to the pictures. Key pickup was quick and accessible. They gave us maps and information about the area, as well as recommendations. The apartment was clean and had everything needed to spend a few days. It is very well located, close to the surrounding villages. He asked to bring my two dogs with me and that's very much appreciated. Recommended, good value.

Sofia has been charming from the beginning, not only has she been kind with the stay but with the local recommendations she made. The apartment's location is unbeatable with wonderful views, in addition to the proximity to the beach.

The house is spacious, comfortable and was impeccable, everything new and very clean, we felt right at home. It has everything you need to spend a few days or a season. It has a multitude of details such as gels, shampoo, and enough utensils so you don't have to travel with everything on your back. Which is appreciated. The area is very nice, in a very quiet village and with many possibilities for activities nearby, definitely a good place to enjoy nature.

Lovely lovely property - didn’t want to leave. Everything we needed and more. Lucia was a delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble - fabulous restaurant recommendations as well. We can’t wait to go back!!

It was clean and had a dressing table, so it was very nice. I couldn't use it, but there was a barbecue facility and the interior was beautiful. The host was always quick to respond and helpful. This is the place I would love to stay if I'm in the area again.

I want to point out that the mattresses and pillows are all new and high quality (uncommon in rental homes). We appreciate being able to rest well. The barbecue was a very nice plus and the views another! The air conditioning helped us get through the heat of these days and Netflix was certainly very appreciated by my teenage children. We were very comfortable in Manuel's apartment. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped, despite being old, the kitchen is renovated. It has wonderful views, it is on the beachfront, on the promenade, next to it there is a small supermarket and several shops and restaurants. Despite having good fans, at some point we would have appreciated a little air conditioning, we had 4 very hot days. Manuel had some nice touches that we greatly appreciate.

Very happy with the place. It's one of those places where you can see that they take care of every last detail. The apartment is fully refurbished and clean as well as not being able to. We didn't need anything. I would definitely come back.

The Casa de Las Letras is an ideal place. Located in a quiet town, it is very well connected to other interesting towns to visit such as Cretas, Valderrobles, Beceite or La Fresneda. The views are breathtaking and the house comes with everything you need to spend a few days of vacation at ease. The beds are very comfortable, the sofas the same, the bathroom is very tidy and the refrigerator is large in case you need to bring food for a few days. The temperature is very good as it is a stone house, but it also has heating in all the rooms in case it is needed and is perfectly adapted to the time of year, to be eco-efficient. It is clear that they are very respectful of the environment but without skimping on comforts. The truth is that we were delighted here and Noemí was always ready to provide us with the info we needed... she even has some ideal guides to the house and the area. I stayed for 5 days in the Appartment and I had the best time. You find everything you need in and around the appartment! But most of all, Michel is a super host, you can count on him to help you out whenever needed and provide you with tips and informations. I felt at home so fast. Michel even picked me up from the train station, thank you so much! I really recommend staying in Michels Appartment it was a blast and I would love to go back one time!

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

As for the apartment, I can only have words of praise. It is as described and shown in the pictures. Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

Excellent attention, Rosana is very friendly, we had a little mishap but they solved it very quickly. I would highlight how clean it was and I was also surprised by the guide who provided us with places in the area to eat, visit and so on. We would definitely repeat the experience.

The stay was perfect. We loved the location and the apartment was beautiful. Very comfortable beds, the shower water was warm... We can't put a but on it. In addition, Fernando gave us the directions to get there easily and gave us many recommendations that we appreciate. The apartment had all the details, it didn't lack for anything.
