Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Vi hade några underbara dagar i huset som erbjöd stora utrymmen, biljard och pingisbord samt med ett mycket bra läge i närheten av fantastiska stränder. Värden svarade mycket snabbt och kommunikationen var snabb och enkel med lokala tipps. Kan varmt rekommendera boendet.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Häuschen von Fiamma erlebt. Der CheckIn war gut organisiert, Fiamma war ebenfalls dabei. Es war sauber und sah wie auf den Fotos aus. Die Lage ist schön, auch wenn es vereinzelt noch Nachbarn hatte. Die Gegend ist wunderbar und Fiamma hatte noch einige Kleinigkeiten als Geschenk bereit gelegt. Herzlichen Dank dafür. We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

TOLLES APPARTMENT ZUM WOHLFÜHLEN super eingerichtet. Kaffee, Chips, Säfte und Wasser schon beim Empfang bereitgestellt Küche sogar mit Gewürzen, Nudeln, Essig, Öl usw. ausgestattet, ausreichend Geschirr und Utensilien sehr sauber, schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, ruhige Lage tolle und einfache Kommunikation mit Taty, jederzeit erreichbar und immer mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Hilfe absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

Bel appartement bien équipé dans un quartier très calme et sécurisé. Les supermarchés sont à 10 minutes à pied, les plus belles plages sont accessibles en voiture en seulement 15 minutes. Lisa est absolument charmante et efficace. Je reviendrai.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Schöne moderne Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon und fantastischem Meerblick. Sehr sauber. Die Garage und die Waschmaschine waren auch sehr gut. Filomena ist super-freundlich, flexibler check-in und check-out war möglich. Danke für alles!

Villarotonda è stata superiore ad ogni aspettitiva. Nei pressi le spiagge piu belle di Villasimius. Spazi grandi e confortevoli. Casa fornita per ogni necessità. Un posto dove desideri tornare.

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

Il giardino esterno , veranda e tavolo è sicuramente la parte che valorizza l'intero appartamento ; di grandi dimensioni , estremamente comodo. La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen eure Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen.

Très bon séjour chez Frederica, nous avons apprécié la tranquillité, la vue, le confort de la piscine, le logement est basic mais juste ce qu’il faut !! Malgré la barrière de la langue et le manque de réseau téléphonique nous avons apprécié nos échanges avec Frédérica qui nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaire pour notre séjour des poubelles à la boucherie du coin.

We had a lovely stay here and lucked out with the weather so we made full use of the pool and loungers ! We wanted privacy, peace and seclusion and that's what we got but Mhatias was always on hand to answer any questions and queries answering our messages quickly. A lovely place to stay with the beaches, hills and towns in easy reach by car - this is a must !
