This apartment was everything we needed for a family of two. It was clean and so well packed. The kitchen (it was so well equipped, it had absolutely everything you can think of: from food containers, to oven paper, olive oil, condiments, every small details to have a meal). The beach is around 600 m away and you can go by foot (for that you can also find an umbrella in the apartment which was really nice because we didn’t had to buy one for just a couple of days). The guest was responsive to every question we had and we had an incredible time. Thank you for having us!

We enjoyed the apartment very much. At breakfast, an incredibly beautiful sunrise over the bay, very quiet nights and generally very little going on in September. Perfect starting point to explore the area or spend a relaxing day on the terrace. Kitchen is well equipped, we lacked nothing.

Absolutely loved our stay at Raffaele’s property Lovely and clean. Met us at the door with a friendly welcome and a tour of the apartment. Was extremely helpful with questions and had great reccomendations of things for us to do and restaurants to try in the area! Couldn’t have been better! I recommend anyone coming to Sardinia to stay here as it is in the heart of the area with loads of night life l, great restaurants, short walk from the beach staying in a lovely property with an excellent host only a message away! Francesco welcomed us, helping us with the bags, water and wine in the fridge. the next morning Gianmario arrived with the cheese van that runs all the residences, and we were happy. we have a dog who had a great time because beyond the wonderful welcome, there is a space in the huge greenery where she had so much fun. the sunset was beautiful and right in front of the beautiful terrace. there was the Nespresso machine and the necessities we needed to cook. in short, we had a great time ♥️
