Fully self contained and stand alone building, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.

Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade.
