Vacation rentals with a patio in Tergu

Federica hosted us very warmly, she is very cheerful, we even spoke a little in French. The location of the apartment is ideal, it is close to the beach and restaurants and shops (about 10 min walk). Thank you again Federica for your kindness and good humor.

The view of Castelsardo with its sunsets takes you on unique evenings, dining outdoors on the wonderful veranda. A strategic accommodation from the point of view of travel in the Gulf of Asinara. Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We felt very comfortable! Gabriella is very nice and had many good tips for the area. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, everything you need was there. The terrace was also very nice to sit on and pleasantly shady. All in all great and we'd come back any time 😊

Had a great time in her cottage. the pool was a welcome addition. especially on warm days. the central location is ideal for fun things to do. but the tranquility is perfect. pizza can be picked up almost around the corner. . in the apartment is everything you need. the oven is ideal for hot sandwiches. We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

If you want a quiet escape which overlooks the Stintino wilderness then look no further! The house is beautifully cared for, so clean and the evening sunsets are to die for. Mattia is very quick to respond and his team are so welcoming. They made our stay marvellous. There is a small supermarket a literal stones throw from the property meaning you don’t have to worry about driving for too long. Mattia also shared a map with all the great sights and beaches… we recommend La Saline followed by one of the quiet cove beaches on the west coast… topped off by a home cooked meal watching the moon. Thank you Mattia!

Lovely accommodation with a huge garden in which our children could play freely. We were allowed to take some fruit and vegetables from the garden and even eggs from the chicken. With the cat, having a resident pet in the accommodation to feed and to look after, set a new gold standard for our children. Annarita and her husband Mauro were great hosts and very responsive. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

Luigi's small fine house is as described, surrounded by nature! On the day of arrival, Luigi's mother showed me the way to the beach (it's really only a few minutes) and this path alone is breathtaking. Scented meadows on the right and left, the view of the lagoon, a small dock and you are already on the white sandy beach overlooking the typical crystal-clear turquoise water! But you can also relax wonderfully at the house, there is a small stone grill at the house and a wonderful sunny terrace with awning. There grow capers outside the door, salad and zucchini, rosemary and Sardinian thyme, from which I was always allowed to branch off for cooking:-) Alghero or Sassari, you can reach Alghero or Sassari in 30/40 minutes by car. They were very nice and very relaxing days!

A house with a lot of (Italian/Sardinian) charm (very well equipped but not impersonally renovated like many other Airbnb apartments) located in the middle of the historic old town under the Castel. Especially great: the roof terrace with breathtaking views over the sea and parts of the old town. Good restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Important: Nazareno is a very attentive, friendly and helpful host. Exceptional, highly recommended. (Note: due to the location in the historic old town, the accommodation is not barrier-free). The good stuff first. A beautiful,modern,clean apartment. Everything thought of and a kitchen to die for! We simply loved it. Communication was excellent and there is absolutely nothing negative to say about the property itself. The sunrise view was stunning. The not so good: As a fit couple in our 60’s getting our luggage/food/water from car to front door was a series of steps upward (23). Access requires you to be fit. We were off season ( late May) and subsequently the only people around but the cafe below our balcony played from 9:30 am to 9:30pm either piano music on a loop or euro pop. We fear the completion of the pool next door will further spoil the tranquility of this beautiful apartment. Time will tell. That all said, if you want a genuine taste of Italy in all its beauty and wonderful local people we’d recommend Capo Falcone and the idyllic town of Stintino. We had a wonderful week in Gabriele's apartment. It is located in a complex with several apartments directly on the sea. During our travel time in early October it was very quiet and few guests there. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with a lot of love for detail and very thoughtful. The front porch overlooking the sea was our favorite spot. Gabriele is very helpful and has prepared an extra handout for tips and things to do in the area. We will be happy to come back!!!!

Great solution with a spectacular sunset view from the terrace. Great beach location 10 minutes away by car but worth it, very quiet and well ventilated area. From here you are 1 hour from Stintino/Alghero and 1.30 hours from Olbia, Costa Smeralda. I have to say that we had a great time

Antonio was a wonderful host. Anything we had a question about or needed, we would send a message and he would respond within minutes. Very friendly and the place is stunning. Great neighborhood with a ton of restaurants, shops and pharmacies near by. The closest beach was also gorgeous. Already looking at coming back and staying there again.

Gina is a wonderful host,always helpful, communicative. The apartment is located in a beautiful location,close to trails,close to the sea and to the town. The apartment is very well equipped (there are even beach towels, a well-equipped kitchen),and the large terrace is an additional space for relaxation. We felt at home and already know that we will return to Isola Rossa and Gina's apartment someday. We recommend with all our hearts

Just great, Patrick has thought of everything. For the beach there are straw mats, umbrella, and even a cooler. For shopping, a shopping trip. Information about the area and Sardinia, tips for restaurants. Patrick is an extremely reactive and friendly person who has always responded to every question with Rossella. We can only recommend the apartment, especially if you want to see breathtaking sunsets, you sit in the first row on the terrace😍Also not to forget the garage box, which makes parking much easier
