The property has a maximum capacity for up to 6 people and enjoys a great location near La Audiencia Beach, Hotel & Puerto Las Hadas and everything else you may need while visiting MZO. Habitat Nandá 1 Beachfront Master Villa

Enjoy our two-story beachfront villa, set directly on the sand. Designed with natural materials, it offers 2 bedrooms (1 with a king bed, 1 with 2 singles that can be joined into a king), a king size sofa bed, and three full bathrooms. The kitchen and living room open onto a terrace and wooden deck with a private heated pool looking over the sea. Completed in Dec 2024, the villa is entirely new. Guests also have access to a shared infinity pool with hammocks and beach umbrellas among the palms.

Our condo is a two floors department con own terrace and jacuzzi. We offer wifi and cable services. Our department is on first building on the left , on the fourth floor. Number 11. We have a self check in (out) service. There is a small mailbox to pick and leave the keys.
