Approximately 200-year-old farmhouse (Limonaia) with pool with 135 sqm of living space in 4,000 sqm of olive grove with lemon trees and much more. About 90 meters above Lake Garda, which is about 450 meters away as the crow flies. The center of Gargnano can be reached via a 300-year-old, beautiful hiking trail (about 1.4 km), or in 8 minutes by car. The house has been lovingly restored. The garden is secluded, is available for exclusive use and invites you to linger in many places.

Garage with another bathroom and a large garden with barbecue. The tourist tax is to be paid on site and is an extra cost of €2.80 per day for both adults and children over 14 years of age (free after the seventh day).
