Everything was great. The only thing was that the boiler wouldn't turn on, but we notified them and they went to repair it. There's plenty of space and vegetation. It is very comfortable and nice to rest. They accepted my puppy, who also had a great time. They looked after us the whole time and everything matched the description. My parents are disabled and they were able to move around the space without any problems. I will definitely be back.

The accommodation is excellent, as well as the communication with Mrs. Lety. Everything is very clean, the jacuzzi works perfectly and with the ideal water temperature. The only recommendation I would give would be to change the mattress, as it is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. The rest was perfect. We highly recommend the place.

Angelica sends precise directions for arrival, which makes it very easy. The private area is very nice and there are many places to eat or shop in the area. I think it's a highly recommended place to spend a quiet time.

Excellent place for a weekend, the house is very large and well maintained, just consider bringing what you need, because if you need something from the supermarket you have to walk a lot, even by car it is 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket.

If you're looking for tranquilly and serenity then I would thoroughly recommend staying here. Nora, her husband and staff are all lovely. It is in the mountains and very pretty. The place is clean and quiet. There is a restaurant available where I had dinner which was very tasty. I would stay there again. Just know that it is very remote from anywhere so you will need to take taxis (but not expensive, maybe $6 each way) to get to the town. Also if you are arriving into town ask Nora to arrange a taxi for you to collect you.

We really had an incredible family year end.. the pool theme was great, I didn't expect how nice we were and in relation to the space it was magnificent, we were all amazing, in a few words the experience of 10!!! Simply wonderful. The house is beautiful and offers all the amenities they describe. Communication with the host was fabulous, she was also kind and always responded to my concerns. We had an amazing weekend, all very happy and feeling at home. We didn't need to go anywhere since the house provides you with all the amenities you need. The people who take care of and look after the house are very friendly, helpful and proactive. I definitely recommend staying at this property 1000%. Peace of mind and security are other virtues they offer.

Rudi was the administrator of the property and he did a great job! We had a very good time in the house. We used it for a corporate event of 2 days. Very comfortable and staff also very nice. The pictures match the beautiful house. Kitchen was big enough to have 5 or 6 from us cooking. A cook was also available by request, but we didn’t need it. All was easy and great for our event. Rudi indicated very precisely how to find the property and that was key! Check-in and out were very flexible and easy. We highly recommend this property. We might use again for another corporate or private event. It was a great choice!

An excellent place to spend a pleasant vacation! The place is very cozy, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy yourself, but the best part is undoubtedly Amanda and Manuel, who make every minute enjoyable! They cook delicious meals and are available at all times! We will definitely be back!!!

The house is very nice, modern, spacious, full of light and in perfect condition! Very comfortable, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The pool and hot tub are delicious. 3 bedrooms are inside the house and there is a small additional studio. The fourth bedroom is independent and is at the entrance of the house (with 3 beds). A very recommended stay for those who want to stay in that area. It's like 15 min. by car from downtown Tepoz in a more rural area. The house does not have A/C, there are floor fans in all bedrooms. We went in March and the house was already quite hot because of all the glass and windows it has. It is important to consider it if you are going to wash it in the hottest months of the year such as May or June.

The house is located in a large subdivision, the security is very good, the house has all the essentials to have a great weekend, the rooms have full bathrooms, the pool is a good size and is always at a good temperature, the barbecue area is perfect too. You have a supermarket, pharmacy and a cafeteria, etc. 5 minutes by car without leaving the subdivision. The house is highly recommended. Sofia is always attentive, she is a great host who always answers your questions quickly.
