This was our third stay at Joyce's place, and we simply love visiting Boca de Iguanas. The condo is beautiful and spacious, with a terrace overlooking the sea that’s perfect for meals. The kitchen is super well-equipped, ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking. The beach is stunning—peaceful, relaxing, and spacious. Whether you want to swim, take a walk, or simply soak up the sun, it’s a fantastic spot. Joyce's property also features a gorgeous garden surrounded by the end of a river, home to a variety of birds and iguanas—an absolute delight to admire. Just a heads-up: there’s only a small store nearby where you can find basics like ice and beer for the beach. I recommend bringing your own food so you can focus on nothing but relaxing. Nely is always there to take care of anything you might need regarding the condo, and Joyce is very responsive and helpful if you need her as well.

Fue una estancia maravillosa, la casa esta preciosa y el complejo está super limpio y bonito. La alberca está como a 100mts pero el tramo que se camina está muy agradable entre las palmeras. El área común donde se encuentra la alberca está muy limpia y cómoda para pasar la tarde y la playa muy tranquila. Volvería sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo 100%. Es muy recomendable si llevas niños, solo que la alberca si está un poco honda (1.5mts aprox) recomiendo irte prevenido con flotis y salvavidas si no saben nadar... En la orilla de la alberca hay aprox 1mt qué sirve como chapoteadero.

Nos encantó ! El lugar está tal cual en las fotos , la alberca templada , los cuartos amplios y limpios , los colchones de las camas una maravilla súper cómodos , cuenta con todo lo necesario en las cocinas , cuenta con un asador y bocinas para pasar un rato muy ameno en familia . La zona es muy tranquila , y tiene tiendas oxxos y restaurantes muy cercas . La casa está a 2 cuadras de la playa . No utilizamos el carro para nada ya que todo está muy cercas . El cocodrilario está a 2 cuadras también ( visítenlo si tienen oportunidad ) . Cristina muy amable y atenta . Sin duda regresaremos .

Tuvimos una excelente estadía. Fuimos mi esposo, mis 2 perros y yo y la pasamos muy bien. La playa queda como a 10 cuadras, por lo que nosotros nos movimos en coche para ir y venir. Y todo excelente !! Volveríamos a alojarnos aquí ☺️
