Barrierefreie Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und befindet sich direkt am Landschaftspark Adlershof. Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind ca. 200 m entfernt. Die Autobahn BAB ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und der Flughafen BER ist ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Dennoch ist die Ferienwohnung ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich in einer Spielstraße und eine Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos ist direkt vor der Tür. In unserem Wohngebiet gibt es immer einen Parkplatz. Hochstuhl und Reisebett sind vorhanden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schick und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist ruhig und man findet immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Gegenüber der Wohnung ist ein schöner Park mit einem Teich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, hat aber einen eigenen Hauseingang, was wir als sehr praktisch empfunden haben. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kann die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Franziska’s apartment is absolutely wonderful! It’s incredibly beautiful, cozy, and decorated with so much love and attention to detail—you can really feel the care that went into it. Nothing is missing, and I felt completely at home from the very first moment. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk to Mauerpark and surrounded by lovely little cafés. I would definitely come back anytime!

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. Wir hatte das Vergnügen, 5 Tage in einer beeindruckenden Villa zu verbringen. Die Lage war ruhig, ideal für eine erholsame Auszeit. Die Villa selbst war geräumig, modern eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der großzügige Poolbereich und die wunderschöne Terrasse, die zu entspannten Stunden einladen.

Lovely flat, bigger than the pictures look; clean; well-equipped kitchen; great bathrooms with shower and bath; all mod cons; fab balcony; lift; peaceful location but near to lots of good restaurants/park etc; Hans the neighbour who let us in was really great at communicating when needed. Only issue was a little miscommunication re bedding and one bed wasn’t made up. Also one of the double beds is more like a camp bed and would be pretty cosy for 2 adults used to space in bed - surprising when the rest of the flat is such hi spec. But all in all we would thoroughly recommend this flat and had a great stay.

Das Studio: Ein Zwischending zwischen Ferienwohnung und Arbeitsplatz. Anne und ihre Familie sind total nett; da ich das modern eingerichtete, im Grünen am Berlin-Rahnsdorfer Kanalsystem (Müggelsee u. östliche Umgebung) gelegene Studio über Weihnachten und Silvester gemietet hatte (um dort online zu arbeiten), haben sie mich gleich zu den Weihnachtsfeierlichkeiten und auch zu Silvester eingeladen. Ich hätte auch die Kajaks nutzen können (war aber zu kalt). Im Sommer, wenn man draußen auf den 2 Terrassen und im Garten sitzen kann, muss es noch schöner sein. Für die Tür-zu-Tür-Verbindung vom Studio zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Warschauer Straße" brauchte ich inklusive 700 m Fußweg, Bus und S-Bahn exakt 50 Minuten. So lange ist man auch innerhalb Berlins unterwegs. Ein Auto ist dennoch von Vorteil. Empfehlenswert!

Carola's place was a great place to stay. It was extremely walkable to the train and grocery stores, and the neighborhood itself was a nice place to walk around and had a fun playground for kids. The place looks exactly like the pictures. I was a little concerned at first that the kitchen is relatively small and there's no living room -- this might be a bit of a problem if you plan to spend most of your time at the house, but if you're out and about all day, then it's not a problem. There's also a nice outdoor space you could make use of if the weather is nice. Carola herself is great, she was extremely helpful in finding any items we needed to make our stay more comfortable, even tracking down a high chair when we needed one.

Wir haben drei wundervolle Nächte in diesem schönen Blauen Haus während unseres Besuchs in Berlin verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und familienfreundlichen Gegend – perfekt für eine Auszeit vom Trubel der Stadt. Besonders der hübsche Innenhof hat uns begeistert: Abends konnten wir hier entspannt grillen, während die Kinder ausreichend Platz zum Spielen hatten. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen – besonders für Familien mit Kindern!

Mir und meinen 4 Kindern hat es SUPER gefallen. Die Wohnung ist Modern, Sauber und man hat alles da was es zum Wohlfühlen und Kochen Braucht. Ein Spielplatz in der nähe und der kurze Weg in den Wald runden das gemütliche Wohlfühlerlebnis wunderbar ab. Wir hatten die Wohnung als Übernachtung für unseren Ausflug nach K.-W. und den Besuch im Tropical Island genutzt und haben auch den etwas höheren Preis NICHT Bereut, die Wohnung ist es auf jeden Fall Wert gewesen. Der Vermieter war unglaublich Nett und wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder dort Übernachten.

Our stay at Kendra and Martin´s place was fantastic. It was impeccably clean with the highest quality construction and delightful aesthetic with everything with a lovely vintage vibe. The space was luminous and had a separate bedroom which gave a homey feel. A private back garden was also beautiful maintained and very pretty. We loved the space! The only thing I would mention is that if you are planning on visiting without your own car, it is a bit tricky. Bus service passes almost in front of the house, but it is infrequent and a walk of 2 km is needed to get to the grocery store. We didn´t mind at all, but we love to walk, and the springtime in the fields was beautiful! Kendra and Martín were always super fast to respond to any questions or requests and they even let us stay a little over to accomodate our ride to the airport. We would definitely come back and hope to soon!
