We had an absolute dream of a time at this spot. Very considerate and prepared hosts. Would love to stay again any chance we get!

I had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's sweet cabin. It was warm and cozy, with everything I needed to settle in each evening. I was out all day and looked forward to coming back at night. The cabin had a good hot shower, a full kitchen and a comfortable bed with soft quilts and plenty of pillows. I slept well and woke to a family of deer walking by the deck in the early morning. I would definitely come back again.

Very cute place to stay in Manitou Springs! Has everything you need. Very clean. The bathroom is pretty small and would probably be a challenge if more than 2 people were staying there.

Beth‘s house is spotlessly clean and she was very quick to respond to any questions. The house is very spacious and was very comfortable. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The neighborhood is in old Colorado city and walkable to the main shopping and restaurant area. We felt very safe in the area and it’s a friendly neighborhood. The off street parking was great. We loved sitting on the porch when we weren’t out and about or the patio, which is also very nice. It was without a doubt one of the best Airbnb‘s I have stayed at and would definitely stay again when visiting my daughter in Colorado Springs.

Excellent experience for our family of 5. House was exactly as described—clean, well stocked, and easy to access. It felt like a safe neighborhood and was close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and lots of great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I appreciated the stainless steel pots and the ceramic pan and the sharp knives. The place did have all the amenities including washer and dryer that comes in handy. 15-20 minutes drive to hiking in the mountains. Neighborhood is pretty quiet except for the trains. It is near train tracks that are used, hence the name. No train horns so manageable with ear plugs but may not be everyone's cup of tea.

Had an amazing time at the cottage. Had great amenities and was very cozy! Located in a great place with an awesome little town and was close enough to other attractions that we were never bored. Would certainly stay here again!

The spot is super peaceful, and although it is on the homeowners property it does give the sense of seclusion and privacy. The outdoor space is nice with the fire and swing, and the inside felt cozy and comfortable. We mostly just utilized the spot for showers and sleep, and it was perfect for us. Thanks so much!

Frank and his place were wonderful. Ran into him for a few outside and chatted but gave us plenty of space. Everything was as described, bummed we were too busy to enjoy the hot tub but there’s lots to do in Colorado Springs and not enough time! Caught a great comedy show at Vulture among other sightseeing, would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to adventure around Colorado Springs.

Very nice place! Extremely clean, great location, prompt and helpful communication from host! My wife and I had a great time exploring all the attractions close by. Great food and beautiful surroundings! We highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to rest your head after hiking and mountain adventures! Waking up to the gorgeous view of Pike's Peak was an amazing way to start our day! It's such a clean space and was nice to have a 'home' away from home! Definitely recommend if wanting to explore Pike's Peak and Garden of the Gods! Totally worth it, 100%! Lenny had some great recommendations and knew all about the trails! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a wonderful stay at Kyle's Cabin. the views off the deck and around the back yard will leave you speechless. The place was clean and comfortable. the wood burning stove really completed the cabin feel on the cold nights. Kyle was flexible and allowed an early check in which was greatly appreciated after a 13 hour drive. there is a bunch to see and do we loved the mine trails around Victor not far from the cabin. saw plenty of wild life too. pay attention driving at night in the area we had a black bear cross the road infront of us an unforgettable experience. we will be back.

Had a lovely stay here for our honeymoon! Quiet and peaceful atmosphere and had a stocked kitchen which was nice since we arrived late. We were so impressed by how much thought was put into all the details. Will definitely stay again!

Loved my stay here! It’s very close to everything so I didn’t have to walk far whenever I had to take the bus to get to farther places. Bill was very responsive when I asked him questions and accommodating! Even the closest neighbor was very friendly. A lot of people park in front of the home during game nights at the field, so if you’re bringing a car it’ll be hard to park at night. I would definitely stay at the cottage again in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about my stay! Excellent views, clean hot tub (that works), very comfortable bed, great views from the porch area and just overall extremely clean and tidy. Complimentary snacks, water, Gatorade and wine was a great touch! Not that I would have minded seeing the owners, but we never had any interaction with them at all, extremely private. Overall, excellent value.

We’re so thankful to Ted and Barbara for allowing us to stay in their beautiful cabin on such short notice. The cabin was spotless and incredibly cozy—truly a home away from home. It's perfectly secluded for peace and privacy, yet still conveniently close to a gas station and grocery store. Ted and Barbara were wonderfully responsive and as kind as can be. Thank you for providing such a warm, welcoming place to stay during our unforgettable experience in Colorado!

This fit my families accommodation perfectly and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was within 20 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again.

The cottage was absolutely perfect. As a solo traveler, it had everything I needed. The location was near to many things such as Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay again.

Our family had a perfect Christmas vacation here! Everything was just as described and this cute tiny home was the perfect atmosphere to spend Christmas. The view off the front porch was beautiful! The host was always responsive as well. We especially enjoyed the grounding mats on each bed, what an experience!

The hot tub was great and Guillermo was very helpful in fixing the lights around the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay

We had such an amazing stay at Chris’ place! We made a last-minute decision to stay in Colorado another week and we’re thrilled we made this choice! Gorgeous, private location with every possible thing you could need. And though I wanted to be exploring the area, I was easily able to work remotely for several days with zero video call issues! We loved listening to the many birds and watching the hummingbirds on the feeders, and saw tons of wildlife. Proximity to all that the Colorado Springs area has to offer was perfect. Elevenmile Canyon is amazing, and there’s a lot of great hiking nearby! And Chris and family were super responsive, helpful and kind throughout our stay - thank you so much!!!

Great little cabin right off the highway. Really awesome location to explore and late in Mueller State Park. Restaurants and a market less than five min away in Divide. Only 15 min from Woodland Park. Would recommend!
