We have hopefully created a little oasis where you can relax and enjoy your time at our place whether it's an overnighter or a longer stay to enjoy all that on offer in the area. Our unit is quiet and comfortable and has all the amenities you might need. It's in a quiet street, and has a big garden. You will probably have a visit from Jasper our kelpie who is a 'wanna-be sheepdog' and is totally obsessed with our two chooks. Our farm is over the fence.

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.
