It has a 200m2 garden on three sides of the house. 300m. from the E-5 highway. There is a mini bond. The house is heated with a heat pump. Air conditioning is available. It is close to the factories location. All kitchen and bathroom supplies are available.

Our house is 1+1 with a separate entrance. Air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, Nescafe machine, pots and pans, etc. are available. Our house is a detached building in the center of Mürefte, there are 5 separate rooms, all of our rooms have a bathroom and toilet, our rooms have air conditioning, mini fridge and TV, it is completely in the concept of a hotel room. 2 of our 5 rooms are 1+1 and there is a single bed in our small room outside the normal bedroom.
