This was my first airbnb experience and I'm delighted. Márcio is very kind, flexible and guides us in order to anticipate everything that is necessary for a great stay. The house is wonderful, it accommodated very well my guests, we were in 18 people. Guaranteed fun, but if you want rest, it's also an amazing place. We'll be back soon for sure, just gratitude.

From the first contact until the stay, we were extremely well served! Letícia removed all our doubts, always proactive. About the house, corresponds exactly with the statement. Place of peace and tranquility, neighborhood made up of families! We were afraid that the house did not have air conditioning, there is a need because the rooms are composed of ceiling fans that account for. The house is a foot in the sand, the gate is on the edge of the River with crystal clear waters!! Note 10 in all.. God bless you, God bless you

It was simply sensational! If you were here describing the positive points of the stay wouldn't even fit in rsrs characters A is wonderful, super well-equipped house, perfect for that deserved rest. An important point, the hometown super polite and proactive, has taken care of us promptly in everything we need. If you are looking for a place of calm to rest from the day-to-day madness this is a great option! I recommend super ✌🏻

We spent an amazing carnival in the house by the Avaré Dam and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! The accommodations were impeccable, super comfortable and well equipped, offering all the comfort we needed. The space is simply wonderful, with a breathtaking view and many moments of tranquility. The location is perfect for those looking for a getaway close to nature, with easy access to the dam to enjoy the sunny days. For sure, we recommend the place for those seeking rest and leisure. We look forward to returning soon!

It was all amazing! The pictures can't convey how beautiful the place is! We are all very admired about everything: the place is pristine, the house perfectly impeccable, organized, with utensils, appliances, crockery available and very clean. We really were delighted with so much zeal and whim of the house, Eliana homemeira and Wolnei and their quick communication. We have already defined that it will be a place we will go 1x/ year at least. I recommend with my eyes closed and I do not have anything to complain or suggest. Eliana's Bread and Threads, My God.. D I V I N O! Staying at the lageado farmhouse was an amazing experience that we will certainly repeat frequently. Even books they were careful to leave for the accommodations, I found it amazing too! I strongly recommend that you stay there! You won't regret it!

A cozy and unforgettable weekend with friends! The place is simply beautiful — surrounded by nature, with a large and very well-kept space, ideal for relaxing. The environment brought immense peace and replenished everyone's energies. We were delighted with the tranquility, the complete furniture and the care in every detail: very clean and fragrant blankets and bedding. Special affection for the Housekeeper Margarida, always so helpful and attentive. It was a wonderful experience that will stay in my memory. We definitely want to go back! I SUPER RECOMMEND IT!

Lovely and charming place. The definition of peace, contact with nature and quiet. I was able to hike, have contact with different types of animals, a stream in front of the house where I spent almost the entire afternoon. The caretaker is always helpful, very kind and polite. My pet loved the place too, for those with dogs, this is the place. When I'm back in search of peace and quiet, this will be the place.

The house is really very nice. Everything was very well organized and clean. It has everything you need for a safe and quiet stay. Very clean, smelling and quality bed linens. The decoration of the house and rooms left us in every detail, not to mention that all 5 bedrooms are suites and with air-conditioning. The condominium where the house is located is very safe and beautiful. The front-to-house dam is very clean and with quiet waters, where we could swim, kayak and practice stand up paddle (which the house provides), not to mention that enjoying the sauna at the end of the day was also a delight. We will definitely be back!

My family and I were in every Igor during the carnival. Casa very comfortable, exactly as advertised. Beautiful Landscape, it was worth it. The only point that perhaps deserves a small one () would be the living room and kitchen, these two environments do not have air conditioning, nor a fan, so, on these hot days, with high heat and pets, it would be interesting to think of an air or even fans, to be able to keep the doors closed at night and do not pass heat. But I emphasize that it is nothing to discredit the house, even because the rooms have great air conditioning.

Wonderful Casa de Campo

Second consecutive carnival that my friends and I spent at Fazenda do Carlos. Cozy place, lots of trees, plants, flowers and with a beautiful view, because we can see the dam. Really nature is the high point of the place. Great for rest days, with peace of mind, with family or with friends. Plenty of space for kids to have fun and "explore" with the adventures. The housekeeper Natalino always very receptive, attentive and careful about our lodging. Always available. Once again, we had happy days and we hope to return. Thanks, Carlos! See you soon!

Very nice and nice place. Well ventilated and organized. Very attentive host and quickly resolved the problem they gave on the internet. The city is incredible, full of beautiful natural attractions.

The hosting was wonderful! Me and my family love the place. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view of all the rooms is also amazing. In almost all places it is possible to see the dam and the house is very bright and spacious! It is also very equipped with utensils in general. We cannot fail to mention that the host Marisa was extremely attentive and kind. All perfect! We definitely recommend!
