Michael, We would like to thank you for affording us the opportunity to stay at your place. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of life gave us the chance to switch off, relax and take in nature. The views are amazing and getting out on the kayaks paddling around the island and visiting the smaller secluded islands like Pembles island isn’t something you get to experience often. We would also like to acknowledge and thank you for making this booking so easy. Your communication has been outstanding, directions and instructions were clear and we could not have asked for a better host. We highly recommend Micheal and staying at the Tree house at Kawau Island.

Wow, what a place this was. Stunning house right on the beach with amazing views. Megan and Craig were superb hosts and made us feel right at home and well cared for. Will definitely be back again!

Fabulous spot and exactly what we needed. Wonderful friendly and obliging hosts. Bed linen was great and the studio clean. Best suited for those under 6 feet tall otherwise you hit your head on the steel beams on the ceiling. Would stay again

We loved staying here! The lovely space upstairs with the beautiful view meant we could enjoy meals with our teenagers and then they were based in the downstairs area and could sit around the fire and wander off to the beach. The decor was fun, the amenities were great and we could take the dog. We had a fantastic weekend!

Amazing place to stay at! Very close to many eating options along the Viaduct, beautiful views with the sunrise and Sky Tower at night. Had a lovely host/receptionist greet us. Will highly recommend to anyone!

We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Wonderful stay with wonderful host. Host was really friendly and provided great suggestions for Auckland touring. The location was quiet but close to fun restaurants. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. Comfy bed with nice linens. Everything you might need in kitchen, bath and closet. Lots of nice hangers in closet- my pet peeve. Like staying at a nice resort. Highly recommended.

Due to a mistake with Airbnb, I had to check out later than expected but Gali was more than welcoming and accommodating. A kind, friendly and interesting host. Great location to walk down to the beach, or just hang out on the balcony and take in the views. Gorgeous, can’t wait to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Bruce and Karen’s place. The property is only meters from the beach and in a very quiet area. Walking distance from Devonport (20min) but only minutes from local cafes and restaurants. Their place was clean and comfortable, with the main bedroom downstairs and the living area / extra bedroom upstairs, complete with a view of Rangitoto and the bay. Would definitely come back!

Great family stay for three generations. Local beaches are close by and all amenities you could need are not far by car. Shops for essentials are within easy walking distance. Something to do in all weathers

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is situated in a very quiet suburb with beautiful morning sunshine and seaviews. It was very clean and comfortable...my very tall husband appreciated the extra height of the shower too! Sheryll was a thoughtful host who went above and beyond to make our stay a special one. Would happily stay again and highly recommend.

Pia’s place is incredible! Had a wonderful 10 days there. We really enjoyed the location on the beach, all the amenities in the hime and the beautiful sunrise views from the wall of windows. Excellent location, just in front of the Beach, 50m to the bus stop, quiet, clean and very comfortable bed.. all amenities as needed are provided. overall a very good choice if you do not want to live in the bustling city.. highly recommend.

A really special place. Tucked away in its own stand of native bush and a stone's throw from the beach. The home is warm and full of character and feels loved without being cluttered. The balconies overlooking the Bay are magnificent and waking up to that view was a highlight. A great place for a cosy stay for couples (like us) or for families (our visiting niece loved the kid-friendly spaces). Lovely host too.
