This cabin was very peaceful and serene. It is a perfect location to unwind from the busy and stressful life of the city. Plenty of trails to hike with creeks and water falls. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation. Plenty of board games and video games for kids. Two fire places, one inside and one outside to set the mood and gather around. Our host was nice and easy to communicate with, we will definitely come back again.

Wayne and Rita were so sweet and communicative throughout my reservation process and check-in. Perfect private space with the safety of being close to their home as well. This is such a cozy place to stay, and very close to Bluefield University!

This is by far one of the best trips we have had! Brent is so welcoming and his place is very clean and well kept…he even makes you a great breakfast :). He is very personable, easy to get along with and knowledgeable about the trails! I wouldn’t think twice about recommending him, in fact we are already planning our next trip with him for next year!

THREE GREAT NIGHTS HERE. GREAT LOCATION WITH AMISH-RUN STORE AN EASY WALK OF 200 YDS. FRONT PORCH GREAT FOR SITTING FOR SUNRISE OVER PASTORAL SCENERY WITH COFFEE OR IN EVENING WITH A GLASS OF WINE, JUST ENJOYING THE OCCASIONAL AMISH BUGGY OR AMISH SCOOTER BIKE PASS BY. ALMOST NO MOTOR VEHICLE TRAFFIC DURING THE WEEKDAYS, AT LEAST NOT IN MID-APRIL. AND A NICE PROPANE GRILL THERE ON THE FRONT PORCH IF NEEDED. VERY QUIET LOCATION AT LEAST WHEN WE WERE THERE ON APRIL WEEKDAYS. GRATEFUL FOR THE OLD-FASHIONED COFFEE-MAKER, THOUGH A KEURIG THERE TOO. NOTE THAT IT IS VERY DARK AT NIGHT THERE, WHICH WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THOUGH SOME MAY NOT I SUPPOSE. GREAT STAR SHOWS WITHOUT NUISANCE OUTSIDE LIGHTS ON POLES LIKE AT MANY PLACES IN OUR FEARFUL WORLD. THIS IS THE KIND OF COMMUNITY AND LOCATION WHERE LOCKING YOUR CAR DOOR OR THE LODGING'S DOOR IS UNNECESSARY AND ALMOST LAUGHABLE. WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. OUR AMISH FAMILY NEIGHBORS WERE WONDERFUL - A BUGGY RIDE AND GOAT MILKING LESSONS. FUN.

My husband and I were married at the Presbyterian church in town and wanted a place to stay that was more convenient than our home 15 minutes away. This house was perfect for that! Phillip was kind enough to allow our family and wedding party to come over and get ready with us, too. The home was beautiful! We had a wonderful time staying here.

This was our first time at this Airbnb. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. This was exactly what we were looking for. Remote, peaceful and relaxing. Nothing but cattle farms on rolling hills as far as the eye can see. Amy was a perfect host and the fresh eggs and meats from their farm were amazing. We will definitely be back!

We arrived very late after a 12hr journey. It was very windy; apparently a storm was rolling in. We ordered groceries and had them delivered. Host kindly put our order inside and out of the weather. Upon arrival everything was as expected or better. Very clean and accommodating. Incredible views all around as this place is perched atop a very high hill way up in the Virginia Mountains. While there we experienced Laurel Bed Lake, a 330 acre lake on top of a mountain! As well as the Bristol Caverns. Tons to do, great area. Stunning views nonstop! Will be back!

We had a small issue when we arrived but the host solved our problem in less than 30 minutes. He was very kind and helpful. Please be advised that this is a cabin, not a hotel or apartment. You are living in the wildlife. There may be a bug or cob web but that is expected in cabins! We loved our stay, the horses were fun to watch and the quiet peaceful area was perfect for a weekend getaway!

Gorgeous place, was better than advertised. Host was sending out check in information prior to check in time, didn't have to wait for anything. Our son is going out of state to college in the area, and we will definitely be making another few more stays here again in the future.

The only place our family stays in Tazewell! Scott is always super accommodating and the house is so warm and welcoming. There’s always space for our family to spread out, and the surroundings are picturesque. Literal storybook aesthetic! The kitchen is well stocked and there’s never been an issue with other guests and our family not having our own space to dine, with the dining room being so large! This historic home deserves ten stars!!

What a pleasure it was to meet Mr. Richard and Mrs. Stephanie. I had a rather large group of afults and children and we was all very comfortable here. This place has a lot to explore and do right on the property. While we was there they was doing a special event for some local orphanage. Let me tell you what they do for the kids is absolutely amazing. Me and my family hiked, fished, played and had a ball here. We was able to rent a golf cart also and that was a plus. Thank you Mr. Richard and Mrs. Stephanie for doing your part and allowing us to make our 2024 family vacation a special one. Continue doing what you are doing and God Bless you all at Clinch River Farms.

We had a wonderful stay and the camping dome was very nice and as described. Clean, great amenities, and included everything we needed for a nice weekend stay. The location was peaceful, wish it was a little more private from the cabins and rvs below it but otherwise beautiful scenery and location. Would definitely recommend to others (we have already suggested to several friends who asked us about it) and would stay again in the future ourselves. Thank you for a great experience!

Perfect cottage tucked away in a beautiful mountain setting. So peaceful and private. The owners being just across the field gave such peace of mind of security. Wonderful host! Beds were so comfortable!! The deer were so pretty to watch as they grazed.

Beautiful mansion, very close to the cool town of Tazewell. Amy was very easy to work with and had the whole house decked out for Christmas. Wonderful place.

I can’t say enough about Peyton and her home. Front the time we started the transaction to the end of our visit, she was always there to answer questions. The place was beautiful and the location was even nicer. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much. It felt like home and was so comfortable.
