Sonya was very kind and helpful during our stay she gave us tour guide recommendations and more. Her home was very clean and cute as well as cozy and was in a great location for our trip. I would highly recommend staying at this location and having Sonya as your host. Not only did she make sure we checked in okay she texted me the throughout our trip making sure everything was alright and that everything was up to our standards She also made sure our group was having a good time and an enjoyable stay. I will definitely be booking with her again.

This place is great for a large group it has everything we you could possibly need and a few extras! Definitely worth the price! close to some outlaw trails and spearhead. Andrew quickly responded every time I would message super friendly! Definitely booking again next time we’re back !

Very cozy home in a very convenient location, across from Dollar General and car wash for our utvs. Bice enclosed backyard for our puppies and to grill out back with friends in privacy, we felt very safe for our kids puppies and our vehicles. Amy is great host and very kind. We definitely will be booking her home again.

I can not say enough good things about Stephanie or the farm! We have come several years and it is always our favorite vacation! There is so much to do on the farm. Fishing in the river, hiking, reading on the porch listening to the river, playgrounds everywhere for the kids. Just the best place to visit!

Great place for people since it has everything you need. We only stayed for the night but it's a great space for family since it was multiple bedrooms with a kitchen and dining room. Also, very clean and easy to get check in.

My family of 8 visited West Virginia for some ATV riding. Sam and Tim’s place did not disappoint - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and lots of extra amenities like extra towels, washcloths, and all kinds of pots and pans. Sam and Tim reached out to us several times to make sure all was well. We enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Place ATV Lodge.

What a pleasure it was to meet Mr. Richard and Mrs. Stephanie. I had a rather large group of afults and children and we was all very comfortable here. This place has a lot to explore and do right on the property. While we was there they was doing a special event for some local orphanage. Let me tell you what they do for the kids is absolutely amazing. Me and my family hiked, fished, played and had a ball here. We was able to rent a golf cart also and that was a plus. Thank you Mr. Richard and Mrs. Stephanie for doing your part and allowing us to make our 2024 family vacation a special one. Continue doing what you are doing and God Bless you all at Clinch River Farms.

Exactly what we expected from staying in an RV! Felt rustic enough, but provided comforts like heat, showers, refrigerator etc. Beds were comfortable and RV seemed clean, despite being a little old. Outdoor areas really made it so special though. Our boys loved the swings, water, and playing with the dogs! Thank you again for a great stay!
