We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Grigor’s property in Dilijan with our group of three couples. Grigor was an exceptional host - always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with recommendations on places to visit and things to do in the area. The house itself was fantastic - immaculately clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The clear instructions to reach the property made it easy to find, even for first-time visitors to the area. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Dilijan!

Excellent place and excellent communication with the hosts! The house was super for 4 persons, very clean and nicely decorated! Plenty of space and as it was snowing during our days there, that made our stay very special! Overall a great experience!

Very private location with a large garden, shed with grilling supplies, patio with dining table and chairs for cosy meals outside. The house has 3 levels with bathroom/shower on every level. Beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s located on the hill, about 15 min walk to town but much harder walking back up the hill. With the car only 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries, we never had problems finding street parking in town. Streets on the hill are narrow but almost no traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful location, a little off the main road with good wifi it’s highly recommended. Enough space and privacy for a large family.

Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

cozy house in the center of Dilijan

Overall, the rental went very well. The terrace is great! We spent a lot of time on this terrace, we did barbecue, listened to the music etc. In short, it was fine!(there are all to make barbecue, a grill, steel skewer, there is even a hair dryer to blow on the embers ) The house is a little smaller than we imagined from the photos, especially the kitchen/hand room area. But in the end we don't spend a lot of time there. We mostly spent time in the courtyard with the covered terrace and in the room, which is very spacious. The house is close to the center, the central park can be reached in 10-15 min. In short, feel free to choose this place, especially if you want to barbecue in the outdoor courtyard and eat on the terrace with others. If you want to have an apartment experience with all the comforts of an apartment - this rental is not the most suitable for you! Best regards,

Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

Syuzanna must be the most responsive and kind host I’ve encountered. She accepted our late night emergency booking immediately and we had an extremely comfortable stay in her beautiful, modern apartment in historic Dilijan. When members of our party became unwell she very generously offered help and allowed us to stay on until the evening to allow time to recover before getting an airport taxi. Highly recommended. Thank you Syuzanna for having us.

Our stay was great: very cool historic house and very clean overall, good balance between old and new. Location-wise it's on the main road so pretty convenient, but a little hard to spot so definitely needed some help from Angin which was very responsive. When we arrived there we no towels, but they were extremely fast in bringing them to us so no real issue there. Wi-fi worked well. Very pleasant stay, would recommend if you need some peace and quiet

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful place. The house was exceptionally comfortable, especially for families with children. Situated in the prime area of Dilijan, it's right next to the river and a lovely City Park featuring a rope park and bicycle rentals. The location is convenient, with easy access to supermarkets, banks, and shopping centers. Our host was incredibly kind and supportive, always available to assist. The interior design was impeccable, and everything was well-organized and spotlessly clean. We highly recommend staying here!" The serene surroundings and lush forest make it ideal for those wanting to reconnect with nature or for creative souls seeking inspiration. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the delightful dinner and breakfast provided by Arman and Lilith at a nominal charge. The breakfast was particularly delightful, and my kids absolutely loved it. The fully furnished accommodations were comfortable and equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen which we used to prepare meals for our little one. While the location may not be accessible by public transportation, it's easy to reach by taxi or car, and Arman and Lilith graciously offered to pick us up from the center, ensuring a hassle-free arrival. Beautiful place with an amazing view and lovely garden with fruit trees as well as friendly neighbors. Close to the center but make sure you call the host when arriving in Dilijan because the address on airbnb is not the actual house--the house is well-located but also nicely secluded up a windy dirt road, great atmosphere but tricky to find without clear instructions from the host. If you don't speak Armenian be sure to ask the host before arriving for an exact pinned location to show your driver. Overall, big place, clean very comfortable beds and super cosy, nice terrace and a view of the mountains!
