Honestly, Niquel Niquel Niquel! I went with a friend and we had a great stay. The accommodation was impeccable, very clean, faithful to the photos, and even better in real life! Everything was together to make you feel good. A little extra that really made a difference: the host was unusually kind. He let us enjoy the pool to the fullest, and even left voluntarily so that my friend could have more privacy, since she is veiled. Her kindness and that of her daughters, who were very attentive throughout the stay, really touched us. They were reachable from start to finish, always attentive and eager to offer us the best possible comfort. A real favorite, on all levels. We'll be right back! Thanks again for everything 🌟

We had a fantastic stay! The surroundings and views were absolutely stunning, making for a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth. Everything was well-prepared for our stay. We had a very nice time at Mohand's. The apartment looks 1:1 like the pictures, it is very clean and bright. The apartment is located in a quiet area and the bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk away. Value is unbeatable. A little tip: a full-length mirror, except in the bathroom, would not be bad.

The accommodation was very good and a 10 min walk from the train station, which is very convenient. There is an area with a restaurant and spa nearby. Kitchen has everything you need.

The accommodation is very well arranged, pleasant and very clean, in a peaceful area. It is also very well located, with shops nearby and Plessis-Bouchard train station about a 10-minute walk away.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

Very quiet and safe place. The house is large and close to a large market (20-minute walk). There is a bus stop in front of the house that goes to the main train stations. Easy to make check in. Sofiane responded quickly to all messages. The stay was excellent overall. Only three things bothered us (and I think it is necessary to warn future residents): the house is clean but the building is not clean and so there are many cockroaches that enter the house. Basic products such as dish detergent, laundry detergent, seasonings (only salt), toilet paper (only one for 30 days) were not provided. It was the first Airbnb that did not provide these items (I had to pay for the bath gel and shampoo, which were the only ones provided afterwards). Lastly, a heater is advertised in the house but we were informed that it only works in winter, but in other seasons the night is very cold and the duvet is thin (we had to sleep in thick clothes).

Lovely apartment with delicious restaurant and bakery below. Walking distance to other great restaurants, bars and shopping. Close the US Embassy. Easy access for Uber pickups. Walking distance to Lafayette Galleries mall shopping, Vendome Louie Vuitton store, Ritz Carlton and more. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful old Parisian style apartment and special view! This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb I ever did. Romantic and walkable. 2 mins from the Sacré Coeur Cathedral. You won't be disappointed. The area is quiet and close to metro as well. I love it!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

Beautiful accommodation, clean, cozy and the jacuzzi and sauna is a very nice little extra, I recommend this place if you need a relaxing and romantic getaway. Thanks to Nicolas

Very practical, pleasant and comfortable accommodation, the balneo bathtub is really a plus, we had a very pleasant stay.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
