This turreted hideaway forms the East Tower of a 15th century château - featured in a number of UK homes & interiors magazines. The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. Internally it is full of character with a circular, beamed bedroom and roll top bath on the top floor and a sitting room below. There is no formal kitchen so this is a place for foodies wanting to experience local French food by eating out

Visite de vignes et caves à 20min, on pourra d'ailleurs vous donner de bonnes adresses, châteaux de la Loire à proximité également. Nous vous accueillons dans un studio indépendant entièrement rénové et équipé. Lit queen size sur la mezzanine et possibilité d'un couchage d'appoint supplémentaire (2 personnes) au RDC avec le canapé lit. POINT IMPORTANT : nous sommes situés sur un axe routier passager en semaine de jour comme de nuit, voitures et camions. Si vous souhaitez le calme absolu en semaine, nous comprendrons tout à fait que vous sélectionniez un autre logement. Merci de votre bonne compréhension de ce point.

You'll be staying at the foot of the Royal Fortress of Chinon. Located in the heart of Chinon's medieval old town, our studio is a clean, bright, quiet place on the ground floor looking out onto a flowered garden where you can relax during your stay. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bath with a shower, a double bed, a large, comfortable sofa, WIFI, and TV. Just outside the windows is a garden area with both sun and shade and tables available for you to enjoy.
