Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The lovingly furnished apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and is a non-smoking residence. It is centrally located and within walking distance of the historic old town. Many sights or excursion destinations in and around Rothenburg can be found in the information folder that is available in our holiday apartment. At the moment there is a construction site behind the house, so there may be construction noise.
