the village needed a house just for sleeping and bathing, perfectly attended me, including a shower.

When we arrived, the apartment was extremely clean, a gem. It is as shown in the photos, the beds are comfortable, it has kitchen utensils, everything as shown in the listing. Julia is super kind, communication with her was easy and agile. We had a little problem with the shower, and she quickly helped us by calling an electrician who arrived super fast and solved the problem. We will definitely return!

The apartment is great, the beds are comfortable, the number of bathrooms is great, gas shower is all good and the TV is gigantic. It's perfect for changing the face of the home office, or taking some time to relax. Close to the mall and supermarket and receive a multitude of delivery services.

I had a fantastic stay at Fernando’s place in Boituva! The Airbnb was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming for guests. The location was super convenient, just minutes from the skydiving center and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other essentials. What really stood out was Fernando himself. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay, always responsive and going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. His local recommendations were spot on and really added to the experience. If you’re heading to Boituva—especially for skydiving—I can’t recommend Fernando’s place enough. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Very nice apartment, close to many points of interest. Spacious, with 2 bathrooms, we were able to stay with 6 adults comfortably.

We spent a long season in Maria's apartment. It was super quiet! The very few problems we had were solved by her quickly. The kitchen is very well served by appliances and the barbecue is great! The fact that it has an isolated garage from the building's garage, with exclusive entrance, is very good for the dynamics of the house.

Great! I highly recommend it! It's close to the places and there's a 24-hour market both in the building and outside! Very clean and organized place and I will definitely come back more often.

It was all amazing! Marcia and her mother are wonderful people and welcomed us with great affection! We stayed a weekend and felt at home. The house is nice, spacious and very clean! We took our pets and they loved it too and played a lot in the area that the house has. We just have to thank you and we will definitely return 🤗

Geilsa is super communicative and available! The house is beautiful, spacious, very comfortable, with a swimming pool space and wonderful barbecue! I'll be back for sure! Wonderful place to spend with family and friends.

Perfect weekend!! Charles is super attentive, explaining everything about the place, the city and also has some products that make hosting much easier, with no need to go out for anything!!! The place is very well maintained, the grass is well trimmed, there's a lake for fishing and the pool …. spectacular, it's sunny all day !!! For those who like it, the barbecue is perfect with all the necessary items for a good barbecue!!! And the chat with Mr. Orlando, lots of laughs, we felt like we were with a group of old friends !!! Thanks Charles and Mr. Orlando for hosting!!! We'll be back for sure !!

I spent the Easter holiday at home with the family and it was unforgettable! We were positively surprised, the house is WONDERFUL. Welcoming, airy, sunny, super mega clean, super well-structured environment (facilities and kitchen items in general), sufficient accommodation, spacious rooms and very good and cozy integration areas that fit everyone! Great location (easy access to markets and etc). Not to mention that the house has a good energy, very tasty. We were really delighted! Much comfort, relaxation and fun for all ages...in the family there were elderly, teenagers, middle-aged, young adults and children (4 and 7 years old) and it was amazing and fruitful for t-o-d-o-s, we left planning when we will return...Great place to build unforgettable moments without much need.
