The condominino is excellent for hiking, well wooded, organized and with a good structure and very safe. A fit fully as advertised, airy and with everything required for short or long stay. Every time it was necessary, I got a quick response and had to leave a few minutes after 12pm and Julia was flexible. Overall very nice!!! Att Alberto Fetter

Great stay, the apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. Fernando was an excellent host, very flexible with my arrival and departure. From the room, there is a balcony that overlooks the parachutes, sunset and sunrise from there is also amazing. It's just minutes from downtown and very close to a supermarket. Super worth it and I recommend it.

Quiet place, building with 3 apartments, we had no unforeseen events. There is no closed parking lot, but in front of the building there are 3 spaces available, we had no problems. I recommend it.

The apartment is clean and organized, safe, near the center, near the market, restaurant so I will of course come back more often, apartment that is worth renting many times, it was the best I have ever rented, when I return to Sorocaba I know where to stay. I am grateful, it is well worth it.

D. Lenir and Richard are great hosts. D. Lenir was very nice and welcoming. Richard was very polite and very understanding of my requests and questions. They received us and guided us precisely on the procedures and use. The property was very clean, well sanitized, cozy house in a quiet location and close to the downtown shops, two malls also close by, 250 and 400 meters, that you can walk to. Great value for money. I would stay there again and I highly recommend it. I just have to thank you!!!

The place is amazing, everything well kept. The heated swimming pool was very helpful. Perfect place to go with kids with a lot of activites to them. But for me the most important was the respectful neighborhood. no one was playing very loud music, and everything was quiet after 22:00. Absolutelly a very good place for whom are looking for a restful days. O lugar é maravilhoso, tudo é muito bem cuidado. A piscina aquecida ajudou bastante. Um lugar perfeito para ir com criancas com um monte de atividades para eles. Mas para mim o mais importante for a vizinhanca que nao tocava musica alta e depois das 22 horas o silencio era absoluto. Absolutamente um otimo lugar para que procura dias de descanso.

My guests and I were delighted with the house and its entire structure! Everything is complete, new and flawless. We felt at home from the first moment – the place is really amazing and well worth knowing! Without counting on the beautiful and privileged view of the sunset, it yielded incredible moments, photos and videos! Also, the host is super attentive and good people. We will definitely return many times!
