The house is very large, beautiful and super comfortable! The barbecue area is great for gathering family and friends, and the upstairs balcony is super nice, perfect for relaxing. The host, Fábio, was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, helping us with everything we needed. I definitely recommend and would come back!

My family and I loved the days we spent at the house. It is exactly as shown in the photos! Full kitchen, extremely quiet, great for those who want to go and rest! The host responded quickly to questions. It was great, we recommend it and we already want to go back!!

Amazing, clean, organized, spacious home, helpful host, quick answers... Note 1000! He promptly accepted our complaint of low water in the kitchen faucets, explained the reason (and we knew it would not be possible to solve during our stay) informed that he would provide a repair to solve the problem. Mr. Ilco was always very helpful, he responded very quickly, the house is excellent, very spacious, the biggest highlight was certainly the pool that is really heated, it had an automatic temperature adjustment that made it ideal, my family enjoyed the many days we stayed there, very quiet and safe condominium, we will certainly be back soon!

We went in a group of 5 people and we all liked the place, quiet, clean and easy to reach, have plenty of cookware and for the barbecue, the pool is great and the rooms were clean. There is a large market that is 16min from the site and other smaller ones closer, the host is very quiet and answered us whenever we need. It would definitely return, a great place.

The house is fantastic. Better and bigger than on the photos. The guest house is very nice and comfortable, the kitchen kiosk and barbecue area are delicious, the pool is cinematic. The game room has everything and the grounds are huge, an impeccable lawn. We went with our little dog and she made the party. Andrea's reception, attention and care are really amazing - she lives with her family in the main house on the property, but the privacy is total, for them and for the guests. It's close to São Paulo, the internet works perfectly and even the weather helped. Not to mention that there was nothing bad, my foot is sore from walking around barefoot. Happy are the people who enjoy this place.

Always attentive and full of good tips, it made my experience even better. The place is simply wonderful – all very organized and welcoming. And a special thanks to Dona Maria, who welcomed us with so much affection and prepared an amazing food! The fresh homemade bread and delicious meals made everything even more special. I loved every moment and will undoubtedly come back more often! Thanks for all the dedication and hospitality!

My family and I loved staying at Petri's house. The house has a barbecue area, with a pizza oven and a wood-burning stove, all equipped with a refrigerator and is in front of the pool, great to enjoy! The pool is great, the accommodations are great, the kitchen has plenty of utensils! The house is very well located within the condominium, you can do everything on foot: go to the convenience area, concierge, fishing area and it is a few steps from the house that sells ice cream and açaí. In the evening, they had a fair with a food truck with several tasty treats. We loved it! Petri is very kind, gave us all the guidelines and coordinates and always responded very quickly. I want to come back more often and highly recommend it!

I have no words to describe this experience. I felt completely at home throughout these more than 5 months. Cozy, quiet and family atmosphere in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Maria Lucia was a real mother and became a great friend. Always concerned about my well-being and offering the best, from keeping the environment clean and organized to sending a message asking if I needed another blanket when the temperature dropped. Without a doubt, it is a place where I will stay on a future opportunity and recommend to everyone.

Great hosts, nice place, spectacular pool. The rental was at Easter and in a caring way chocolates were waiting for us and the rooms were scented, in addition to the essential items that should be in all rentals, detergent, dish towels, sponge, garbage bags, floor cloth, broom, squeegee, soap, face towel and toilet paper. A place where you can enjoy nature with lots of plants in the garden.The terrace had a desk and chair, so I could relax and eat or drink coffee. The house is furnished with antique furniture, and you can feel that the owner has cherished the house for generations. I was surprised that there were futons, blankets, sheets, toilet paper, and towels. The city felt much safer than Sanparo city, and even the park was clean and had little trash. This time, it was a family trip to ride a hot air balloon in Boituba, and although it was a little far away, I decided on this house after looking at the information on Airbnb. I am happy that my family and I got to know this city on this trip. I'd love to take a relaxing vacation there again.
