We would highly recommend staying here! Beds were comfy, view is amazing (we especially loved the sun room), and not far from town when you need something. They were quick to respond and provide proactive information/reminders.

Karens place was overall amazing! Location to atv trails was very close, property was perfect for gathering as a large group and our favourite part was the garage space with tv, games, etc. We will definitely be back!

This was my second visit to this location. Great spot for a large family or a Girls getaway. Everything you need for a group is on site. Large fridge and Wine fridge. Big kitchen counters for our potluck meals. Big dining table/games table. Cozy sitting areas that fits everyone. And Masstown market is minutes away for shopping or those last minute items.

Kristelle’s home was Very secluded, yet very close to anything you needed. Super nice place, very well kept and clean. We enjoyed our stay here over the weekend. 10/10

This was the perfect place to rent for a group of girls, there were seven of us and we were all comfortable and had our own space throughout. Michael was super helpful and informed us where things were if we couldn’t find them! The hot tub was great and the whole property was peaceful and quiet! We would definitely stay again!

House is quite big and laid out well, quite area with beaches near by. Will probably be back again.

Great cottage, nothing lacking, close access to great, walkable, swimmable beach with entertaining seals and other wildlife. Friendly, helpful and accessible host.

We stayed here and it was a lovely cozy cottage with beautiful view and sunrises. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and extra bed lines for the colder night. Beach was nice but 100% bring your water shoes. Lots of thing to do around the cottage on rainy days. We got a lovely email from the host with all kinds of ideas and places to go in town. We the perfect end to our summer

We had a great vacation. Amazing location, quiet, beautiful view of the ocean, even from the living room sofa. The host is friendly and responsive, and the cottage had everything you would need for your stay.

We’ve been going to Danielle and Drew’s spot for our annual boys weekend for many years now; it’s practically our second home! Sleeps all of us no problem, great common space, beautiful view. Danielle is always very communicative and helpful. Can’t wait for our next trip!

Lovely spot, great views, clean rustic cottage with a great wrap around deck with plenty of sun and shade, allowing us to spend most of our vacation outside. Nice neighbours. Host Steven, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Nice beach, although we were aware of the natural access, it was quite steep and uneven. We had a great week with our dog, beach combing and relaxing. An overall great spot to rest and recharge your batteries! Thanks Steven for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

We stayed along with our best friends and our 2 furbabies in this quaint beautiful cozy cottage right on Belle River. The hosts were very kind, accommodating, responsive and generous. There was everything and more inside the home to meet our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Airbnb. Mark & Rachel’s place is a gem! This is our 2nd trip to Sunnybank Jr and we are already trying to figure out our plans to stay again next year. Our only regret this year was the shorter stay - we should have made it for 3 nights (or more)! But we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights here. The upgrades since last year are a wonderful addition. Our family feels right at home here. The beds are cozy, there’s lots of seating in the kitchen, living room, and newly added sun room, it has everything we need to cook a nice family dinner. You can’t beat the views or the proximity to the ocean. A hop, skip and a jump down the stairs, you are on the ocean floor (or in the water, depending on the tide :)). Mark & Rachel are wonderful hosts. Thanks for another great stay!

Wonderful place! I stayed here for a 10 day stretch during the early fall. I travelled back and forth to Amherst for work and was glad to call Wayne's place home during this time. Overall, an amazing experience - the surroundings were beautiful, the host was friendly and helpful, the cottage was cozy, clean, and well equipped. I can't wait to stay here again.

We loved the place. It was as exactly as described. The hosts were always proactive at communicating and very friendly.

We had a brief stay at the cottage which was everything we thought it would be.We had an amazing time and would diffinitly do it again.The only downfall is we only booked a one night stay ,next time we will book for the whole weekend and enjoy more of the sights.

I was extremely happy with this little cottage for our family vacation. It was the perfect size and location for us and was clearly well-cared-for, with many amenities making it feel like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay in Tanya's cottage. Very calm and beautiful surronding. It would be more enjoyable during summer months where you can go kayaking. Tanya was very flexible and proactively communicated throughout our stay. The cottage is very clean. Highly recommend Tanya's place. We will definitely visit again.

Great location, beautiful view of the lake. Excellent for snowmobiling and atving on the local trails. The cottage was very cozy, well equipped, comfortable. It was a very enjoyable stay. Will most definitely return again.

This place was beautiful! The cabin was so clean and had everything we needed! The bed was very comfortable. The view and the yard were amazing. Cute little fire pit as well. Highly recommended as we really enjoyed our stay here!
