Great location, easy walk to restaurants, bars and sites so perfect without a car. The property is very comfortable, we had everything we needed. Bec as a host was very obliging when we wanted to store our bag to align with when we were to collect a hire car, thank you for making our stay very easy Bec.

Our stay at Pete’s villa in Hobart was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views—waking up to such a stunning landscape every day was a dream. The villa itself is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility—super quiet, yet still conveniently close to everything. We loved how thoughtfully designed and immaculately clean the space was, with every detail carefully considered for comfort and convenience. Pete’s hospitality was superb! He was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to share local tips to enhance our stay. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations in every way, but this villa truly did. We left feeling completely refreshed and already can’t wait to return. If you’re visiting Hobart, this is the place to stay!

Beautiful house, and ideal location. Both myself and the kids loved it!

Cole's Bay is a lovely location for a peaceful beach side stay. The Whale Watcher accommodation was clean and comfortable and has beautiful ocean views. Being able to open the sliding doors onto the balcony and have the fresh air and sound of the waves come in was so relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is stocked with useful supplies and the living area had books, games, and tourist info. All these things made for a great short stay. A couple of things to note if considering this place for your stay, the BBQ was a bit little so we decided to cook up inside. The accommodation appears to be like one house split down the middle into 2. The noise of footsteps therefore transfers through the floorboards, but other than that it is quiet (can't hear the other units TV or talking etc). The neighbors are very close and have windows and balconies that look over the property. The house has a rainwater tank, but as a personal preference we purchased our own drinking water.

The views from every room in the house are magnificent. We were a group of friends in town for Dark MOFO, but the house itself was one of the highlights of the trip. Comfortable and warm, it was a short Uber ride from the city yet so relaxing just sitting in the winter sun and looking at the water. Thanks Karen for a lovely stay

A super clean and tidy old house with two air conditioners for heating or cooling. Comfortable with off streat parking. One of, if not, the cleanest AirBnBs I've stayed in. I would definately stay again.

Amazing stay! Felt right at home and loved every moment we were there! Fantastic restaurants are just 5 min drive away (which was extremely surprising considering I am from Sydney) Beautiful views, extremely peaceful and especially loved the fireplace and the bathtub with spa! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we will definitely be back!!

Simply stunning location and a beautifully crafted abode that fits in with its surroundings . Completely peaceful . Close to beach which seems your own . Everything one could wish for was available in the house ! Best provisions ever . Above and beyond all expectations . Diana had made everything very clear and helpful . The view was just gorgeous - looking right out onto the beach, with Freycinet treating us to the most glorious sunset on our first evening. Easy access to the beach for morning swims. House was spacious and well-appointed with responsive hosts. Great way to introduce my overseas friends to the wonders of Tassie.

Beautiful place to stay, nice and spacious, heating was great on cold days and close to everything (parks, shops and places to eat). Was great for our little ones. The hosts were easy to contact and checked in with us regularly to make sure all was well.
