Awesome 3 storey place, on the top floor. Amazing views over the CBD. Balcony a great place for a nice cold beverage. Walkable to pubs, cafes and restaurants. Please was super tidy and everything you need for short term stays

Lynette’s place was easy to find, clean and comfortable with wide open spaces, a lovely beach and a great pool close by. We were there for a wedding in Falmouth and the cafe/restaurant was a great place to catch up with friends and family. It is also an easy drive to Bicheno, Frecinet, Scamander and St Helens. If we’re ever in this part of Tassie again we’d be more than happy to stay at Lynette’s place.

Great location, easy walk to restaurants, bars and sites so perfect without a car. The property is very comfortable, we had everything we needed. Bec as a host was very obliging when we wanted to store our bag to align with when we were to collect a hire car, thank you for making our stay very easy Bec.

Our stay at Pete’s villa in Hobart was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views—waking up to such a stunning landscape every day was a dream. The villa itself is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility—super quiet, yet still conveniently close to everything. We loved how thoughtfully designed and immaculately clean the space was, with every detail carefully considered for comfort and convenience. Pete’s hospitality was superb! He was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to share local tips to enhance our stay. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations in every way, but this villa truly did. We left feeling completely refreshed and already can’t wait to return. If you’re visiting Hobart, this is the place to stay!

The accomodation is well designed to enjoy the river views and thoughtfully appointed, with lots of nice artwork. The apartment has all the comforts you need to enjoy a relaxing stay, is very peaceful with nice gardens and river walk. Lisa was a great host and we enjoyed our stay.

Bernadette’s place is the lower flat in a heritage listed building in central Launceston. The building is fascinating if you are interested in the heritage of Australian cities. The original features are there but the apartment is also very comfortable and clean. Externally the building is still being renovated, but that tells a story in itself. We spent a comfortable night there, we would come back when next in Launceston, we would recommend it.

The views from every room in the house are magnificent. We were a group of friends in town for Dark MOFO, but the house itself was one of the highlights of the trip. Comfortable and warm, it was a short Uber ride from the city yet so relaxing just sitting in the winter sun and looking at the water. Thanks Karen for a lovely stay

Great place, quiet and beautiful, instructions clear. The country setting close to the Mount Field National Park was perfect and not too far from New Norfolk. Would highly recommended this accommodation.

This was the perfect place to escape and unwind. Not only did I sleep better than I do in my own bed, the morning sunrise over the mountains was just breathtaking and the view changed constantly through the day. The way the property is styled had all the conveniences coupled with all the charm of such a beautiful heritage time. I loved that I had the option to light a fire inside or fire pit or use the convenience of a reverse cycle air conditioner. Highly recommended!

Simply stunning location and a beautifully crafted abode that fits in with its surroundings . Completely peaceful . Close to beach which seems your own . Everything one could wish for was available in the house ! Best provisions ever . Above and beyond all expectations . Diana had made everything very clear and helpful . We had a most wonderful week of R and R .Felt very privileged to be able to stay at such a welcoming accommodation in the awesome Flinders Is ! Highly recommend if you like a perfect place to unwind in nature .

The view was just gorgeous - looking right out onto the beach, with Freycinet treating us to the most glorious sunset on our first evening. Easy access to the beach for morning swims. House was spacious and well-appointed with responsive hosts. Great way to introduce my overseas friends to the wonders of Tassie.

Gorgeous home, just like the pics. it is very clean and comfy, and has stunning views of the bay and mountains beyond. Easy walk to coffee, cafe and groceries (2 minutes), as well as Coles Bay Jetty. Great basics plus extras of fabulous teas, milk, sparkling and still water. We had the most wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved our stay. Very nice house with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
