The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Cozy cottage of 86 m2 with plenty of space inside and out. The cottage is smoke-free and is located in the Hesseløje area, near Bøjden in a quiet setting. There are 3 bedrooms (bed width 180, 140, 120), 1 bathroom, kitchen-living room, living room overlooking Helnæsbugten. Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a short distance to a good beach and nature area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood stove is NOT included.

Cozy and modern apartment of 50 m2 with private entrance (high basement) close to beaches, harbor, forest and Svendborg city center. It is possible to use the terrace with garden furniture and parasol. The apartment is bright and friendly with its own kitchen and dining area for 4 people, refrigerator with small freezer and full service. The apartment has 2 rooms. The first bedroom is a living room with a brand new sofa bed and bedroom 2 has a double bed. Please note that the 2 rooms have a shared exit.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
