Great place to stay: absolutely clean apartment, new furniture and plumbing, beautiful interior details. The location is perfect for those who, like us, are visiting Tashkent for the first time, all the iconic places of the city are within walking distance. High level of service: the owner of the apartment is in touch 24/7, friendly and benevolent, took into account all wishes.

Dreamy central historic river view retreat

Very convenient and quick to check in. The apartment is spacious and cozy. Feels like home. My parents were thrilled. The hosts gave detailed instructions and were always in touch. Comfortable and comfortable furniture. In the kitchen you can cook anything you want and in the evening chill out watching a movie or look out the large window overlooking the river. There was no discomfort. A very nice and intelligent neighbor from below, who I managed to get acquainted with and chat with. Quiet and peaceful. Near the park and steakhouse. Even despite our carelessness/oversight with the dishes, you accommodated me and we managed to discuss it. Sorry again! And thank you very much, now I know where I can host my parents or friends when they arrive in Tashkent to visit. ❤️

Also our second stay in Sergei's apartment was like coming home. We booked his place for our first and then again for our last night in Uzbekistan as it is very conveniently located in close proximity to the airport. It was perfect!

We were satisfyed with our stay at Oybeks apartment. As our family uses the kitchen, we were happy to find sugar, salt, pepper and sunflower oil so we didn't need to buy this. The apartment was clean and matches the photos. It is located in abot 45 minutes walk from the center, we used a taxi (15 minutes). Oybek was always in touch via messaging, offering any help. I can recommend this apartment for a stay with 5*

We stayed at different locations around Tashkent and this apartment was the best! It is extremely well designed, located in the best place. You can find a lot of restaurants around and the Tashkent Mall. There’s park with dancing fountains better than Dubai 😀 Love it! 10 stars!

Great host, and I’m grateful to the host because I’ve contacted them at the last moment. Moreover, I have checked in very late around 11 pm and they were unbelievably helpful. And I found the place exactly like the photos. Would love to come back again soon, and hopefully I’ll check-in earlier ☺️

very warmly welcomed, told everything, easy to leave and come in, Internet 50 mbps, rarely used, the router or Provader was not pulled anymore at this time, in the entrance I saw the announcement of the Provader 100 mbps, a cozy apartment. Slightly old crib, but in general everything is fine, everything around is green. Delicious food nearby, fruits, vegetables. All amenities, iron, water, bathroom amenities. I would probably hang curtains for the bathroom, so as not to spill too much while taking a shower, maybe there is already already at the moment. But these are my personal features. The hostess is very careful, responsive, ready to help with any question and amenities, told where and what you can buy in the vicinity. Any means of communication with her telegram, etc.

Islombek is great host. Very accommodating. Gave me an earlier check in upon request. The apartment is absolutely stunning. Bright and plenty of natural light. It's a great neighborhood. Minutes away in walking distance from Seoul Mun and Magic City. Very central. You couldn't go wrong with this location if you're in Tashkent. It's self check in and no issues with having guests over compared to some of the hotels I stayed in. Overall for the price, you're getting a bang for your buck!
