Premium place. A lot of space, a guarded area. Everything is clean and new. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. Thanks to the host for the oriental and warm hospitality. This is the best apartment I've ever been to. Host Dinara has thought of everything. Even new sealed toothbrushes, new slippers, bathrobes were waiting for us. The total area of the property is of huge size, it can easily accommodate more than the declared number of guests. The location is very convenient, very close to any main places. There is a super grocery store right under the house, which helped us buy everything we needed. Very convenient and close! Thank you Dinara for your warm hospitality and comfy place to stay. Next time we will stay only at your place!!

One of the best apartment rental experiences I've had! I arrived in the city at 4am, and the host showed just incredible care. He organized everything in advance, came himself, left the key so that I could calmly check in immediately upon arrival. In the apartment I was greeted with water, cookies — such trifles, but how nice! Throughout the stay he was always in touch, helped, answered questions, was interested in whether everything was convenient. I was very touched that he even suggested not to rush with leaving so that I could sleep normally. I have never met such an attentive and sincere host. The apartment is cozy, clean, with all the necessary amenities. I was very satisfied, I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends!

The apartment is generally good, especially while the construction of the building continues. It is almost completely ready, but for full comfort it lacks air conditioning, a refrigerator and Wi-Fi. Otherwise, I liked everything, especially the beautiful view of the city

The host is really helpful and enthusiastic, and the room is clear and big. Room is actually a hotel, and it is near a metro station. You need to take a taxi to the metro and it will cost you 6000 som. Really recommend here.
