この度はありがとうございました！丘の上からの眺望が素晴らしく徒歩1分にコンビニもありとても心地よく滞在することができました。また、ペット（犬）用の設備も充実しており、安心してペットとの旅行を楽しめました。仙台駅や仙台城からも適度な距離感で、また機会がありましたらぜひご利用させていただきたいと思います。

Our stay with a family of four, two of them being kids, was so wonderful. We were amazed at how clean everything was. I especially loved the extra attention to detail like a large humidifier (we happily used each night,) a drinking water dispenser, and lots of great recommendations. We had a very nice time. Mostly ate in and enjoyed the very well stocked kitchen.

エントランスを開けると、新しい建物とアロマの良い香りがしていました。エントランスのロックを解除すると玄関ドア(2階)までは階段を登る必要があります。ロックは分かりやすかったですが、出る際にリビングの開錠ボタンを事前に押さなくてはならず、はじめ分からず焦りました。中は、お写真の通りで大変清潔で新しい家具や家電で使いやすく寛ぐことができました。カーテンも良いものが付いていてオーナーさんのこだわりを感じました。コーヒーやお茶のサービスも有り難かったです。すぐ横にスーパーとコインランドリー、1分ほどのところに24h開いているコンビニもありました。今回は親族5名で泊まりましたが充分なベッドの数でした。石巻に行く際は、またぜひ利用させて頂きたいです。

今回フェスに参加するために、会場に近いところで探して、利用させてもらいました。自分たちは夜遅くにチェックインだったのですが、出迎えまでしていただき、室内の設備等も丁寧に教えてくれました。乾燥機がないということで洗濯は諦めていたのですが、お風呂場の乾燥が使えるということで洗濯できたのは嬉しい誤算でした。朝起きたらバッチリ乾いていて、気持ちよくフェスに向かえました。夜は住宅街なので静かで、ゆっくり休むこともでき、近くには車で10分程度で飲食店やスーパー、コンビニもあり非常に便利でした。またこちらにきた際には利用したいと思います！ありがとうございました！

The apartment is very closed to bus stop to Sendai station and the bus only takes less than 25 mins traveling time. Walking to restaurants and subway is not too far away, around 15 - 17 mins. Takashi also provides parking so it is very convenient to most travellers. I will definitely going back in my future trips.

住起來很舒服，渡假小屋，剛好遇上下雪，宛如輕音樂的配上暖爐以及玻璃窗外雪景般，因為天氣很冷沒有BBQ，不然可以很愜意的在這間屋子過上幾天，但我覺得適合入住的人大約2～3人有床，其他的都會是打地舖

大人2名、子ども6名(小5〜2歳)で宿泊させていただきました。リノベーションされており、とてもお洒落でありながらホッと落ち着く空間でした。お布団も綺麗で、マットレスのため落ちるなどの心配をせずにゆっくり休めました。お風呂も広くシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープも揃っています。化粧落としや洗顔も用意してくださっていて、とても助かりました。他のアメニティに関しても充分すぎるくらいでした。騒音測定器？もありましたが、普通にしている分には問題ありませんでしたし逆に子どもたちは可視化できることで気をつけて過ごしていました笑 (わたしも子供たちに注意しやすかったです笑) おうち全体がとても清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。所在地や駐車場の説明なども丁寧に記載してくださっていたので、迷わず行くことが出来ました。スーパーやファミレスも車で10分程度で何軒かあります。コンビニも車で5分もかからず行けます。なにより、メッセージが親切でとても安心できました。また宮城に行くことがあれば宿泊させていただきたいです。

Une belle expérience. Nous avons été accueilli dans un logement partagé confortable par des personnes prévenantes et sympathiques, ce qui est à coup sûr un gage de bon séjour. D’un grand support pour rejoindre l’île aux chats, trouver un bon Isakaya ou s’occuper du transfert de nos valises, nos hôtes nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de cette belle région du Japon.

La nostra esperienza da Ryo è stata davvero sorprendente e piacevole!! Ryo è stato molto gentile e ha risposto subito alla nostra richiesta di prenotazione per il giorno stesso. La camera, pur essendo piccola, ha tutto ció che serve ed è molto curata, come tutto il resto della struttura! La sala comune e la cucina sono molto belle e abbiamo avuto il piacere e la fortuna di cenare con gli altri ospiti nella struttura, chiacchierando con loro e facendoci raccontare il vero Giappone!La spiaggia, dove fare una bella passeggiata, è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Siamo rimaste solo una notte perchè dovevamo proseguire il nostro viaggio, ma se siete sportivi Ryo organizza diverse attività, dalle escursioni in bici al SUP. Assolutamente consigliato, speriamo di tornare un giorno!

Chisato is a great host that goes out of his way to be helpful. He picked me up from the station and dropped me off again when I needed to leave for my next destination. He also makes a simple breakfast for you which was very delicious. Finally, he also speaks quite a bit of english so don't be afraid if you don't speak japanese. I had a lot of fun conversing with him. The room itself is very nice and there's an onsen and a conveyor belt sushi place nearby.
