"The Shed"

At first glance, yes it's a shed. But explore further and you will find an unique Aussie experience, a fully functional self contained room. Shower, toilet and kitchenette. All private and seperate from our house. It's normally used for overnighters by family and friends. Please be open minded in your expectations, it's not the Ritz, Hilton, Taj Mahal but what it is clean, tidy, private affordable accomadation. Single or couple. Please note that toilet, shower and sink are located in same room.

Tickles Cottage was built in 1850 by the cornish miners and is adjacent to Peppertree Cottage in a beautiful Rural Setting. Cottages can be booked together or separately. Only 2 kms south of the historical township of Mintaro in the beautiful Clare Valley .Walking distance to Martindale Hall and Mintaro Maze. Mintaro has the best country pub for lunches or dinners. Historical Burra is only a half an hour to the mining town. Clare Valley has excellent wineries and the Reisling trail to explore

Hollyhock Cottage

Beautifully restored 1860's Miners cottage with all the modern conveniences whilst enjoying the lovely touches of yesteryear. Lime wash stone walls surround lge rooms with reverse cycle air A.C. wood fire & a gas log heater to keep you warm and cosy. Heated bathroom with with cast iron claw foot bath to soak and relax with a glass a wine. Enjoy the beautiful garden for breakfast, BBQ or read a book in one of the many nooks. WHISTLER VINEYARD RETREAT

Set on 80acres in the heart of the Barossa Valley this private, self-contained guest wing is surrounded by vineyard and gardens. Our retreat gets you back to nature... with vineyard and scrub walks, (accompanied by at least one of our Border Collies), friendly geese, an inquisitive free-roaming peacock, hens, rescued & wild kangaroos, the occasional Koala and a myriad of birdlife. Take in the views from the verandas, sit by the campfire (during the cooler months) or relax in the hammock.

The Olde Lolly Shop Bed & Breakfast in Mintaro

This stone and iron dwelling was originally a coach building business and is now our much loved home. Stables by the Vines

In 1856, an English stonemason, Thompson Priest, began mining slate in Mintaro. At the same time, he built a home with stables at the rear of his property. Over the intervening years, the stables fell into a desperate state, however, recently, the Stable has returned to life through a sensitive restoration and refurbishment. Set on the edge of Reillys Winery, the Stable is a 100m walk through the vines to the cellar door and further 20 metres to the renowned Magpie Stump Hotel.
