hello, for those who want to stay in this nice and cozy little house. I was with my mom, my two daughters, 16 and 11 years old, and a 13-year-old niece. I recommend them at 1000%. It is a very quiet area and everything is close to everything. The host is very excellent. She has a good disposition for all the things that are required. She is very clean, concerned and detailed with the toilet, and the place has everything to be the same as at home. We are very satisfied with the service and with what we pay for it for nothing. No low notes and highly recommended. I would return if or if with my eyes closed to this location and I am also very satisfied and satisfied with Airbnb. I thought it was super. The app also 1000% recommended.

It was just the perfect place to rest, the room was very cozy, everything was in order and perfect to feel comfortable. Carmen (Catherine's mom) is a very nice and friendly person, she offered me coffee and a healthy snack (just the way I like it) for breakfast and was always very attentive to help me. It is an accessible place, the room has independence and privacy, but they make you feel at home, they are generous, kind in their treatment and you can always have interesting conversations with them. I am very happy to have met Carmen, Catherine and her beautiful family, the stay is a beautiful experience, totally recommended. I hope to be back sometime

Except for the arrival at the place (through areas that look a little dangerous) and the many steps to access the apartment, the parking lot and the keys, the stay in Barbara and Jorge's apartment was very good. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to prepare some meals without difficulty. I suggest expanding the description of the area where the building is located (around the corner from the cathedral of Iquique, which is very beautiful, very close to the sea (although it is not visible from the apartment), and a few blocks from the pedestrian and historical area, which is very beautiful. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, it is very new, so it is in excellent condition, and very well equipped. The environment is quiet, and it has very good shops and restaurants, steps from the apartment. It's definitely a place we hope to return to soon.

We went as a family and had a great stay. The place is just like the photos posted. Everything was clean and the apartment is well-equipped. The place is quiet and safe, located in a nice area. The WiFi works well, and it has an underground garage. The only detail I can mention is that the adult pool was never available since we arrived, they told us that it would be resolved in a few days but it never happened, other than that everything was fine.
