Excellent stay in Iquique, the apartment is in front of the beach, and overlooking it. The apartment is fully equipped, very comfortable and spacious. The complex has a large swimming pool, ideal to enjoy when you don't go to the beach. Priscila, always attentive to solve any requirement, We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable and very clean space

everything is good in the apartment, cozy, you don't get cold, downstairs there are two businesses that are open until 12:00 AM a 360-degree view of the port but the refrigerator is very noisy. Except for the arrival at the place (through areas that look a little dangerous) and the many steps to access the apartment, the parking lot and the keys, the stay in Barbara and Jorge's apartment was very good. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to prepare some meals without difficulty. I suggest expanding the description of the area where the building is located (around the corner from the cathedral of Iquique, which is very beautiful, very close to the sea (although it is not visible from the apartment), and a few blocks from the pedestrian and historical area, which is very beautiful. The second time we stayed at Ignacio's apartment, we came back because of the kindness of the host, the amenities of the apartment and the building, and the good availability of the host to answer all our questions. Apartment with an excellent location overlooking the ocean and the city of Iquique.

Juan’s apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The bedding was top-notch. The pillows, towels, and bed sheets were all fresh and new. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city and a fantastic view from the apartment. The only downside was the noise from the pubs right across the street, especially on Fridays and Saturdays when the music goes until around 5 am. Since the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning or a fan, we had to keep the windows open at night, which made the noise more noticeable and affected my sleep. Despite that, I’m still giving 5 stars because the apartment itself is lovely and very well maintained, and Juan is a great host. With the addition of a fan or AC, it would be even better.

The place was great. The apartment is well equipped, located in a safe area, close to a supermarket and a McDonalds, which was very convenient. Mrs. Margarita was very attentive and empathetic, always ready to help. It was a very pleasant stay! 100% recommended.

We loved the apartment, very good location, everything was very clean and tidy. Fully met our expectations. It was as shown in the photo. I appreciate the smooth communication with both the owner Evans and the manager Erika. The place is very safe and that's appreciated. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. We found local businesses a block away. Fresh fruits and vegetables and everything you need.
