We had a great day at Dayan's house. It has everything you need for the kids to have fun and the adults too. Rich pool with slide and a wooden jar with warm water to spend the day privately as a family. Dayan cares about you since you get to the house so you don't get lost and for everything you need. Also there is a convenience store business very close by that has everything you may need. The quincho is very nice. Highly recommended place for all who are looking to rest and for the children to entertain.

Excellent location in Iquique had only 1 block away all the pubs, I was staying 5 minutes from the zofri and to Cavancha Beach we walked away. The apartment was the same as the photos, clean, mattress, it had a large mattress, a good bed and pillows The kitchen was clean and fully equipped we were able to cook fast and it had a large oven No issues upon arrival, the owner was very flexible Good parking and cute common spaces we occupy the pool and quincho on the last day i 💯 recommend this place I hope to return in September for parties or end of the year Thank you

Very good accommodation, excellent treatment of receptionists. It has permanent security. It only lacked equipment for the 7 guests that had been requested( plates, glasses, cutlery). It only has electric pava and microwave. The towels weren't the best. The quincho is not free to use, but has an additional cost, quite high. Thank you!!! I highly recommend it!! This place is a true gem! It's a complex with several homes to stay in, and they share a common patio outside that includes GORGEOUS gardens with fruit trees, an (unheated) pool, and a quincho (BBQ) area. It's a 6-7 minute walk to the main plaza in Pica, but the location is a bit rural, so it's quiet except for the animals (in the very back of the gardens they have geese, chickens, peacocks, and a macaw bird). The macaw is beautiful, but keep some distance from it as it's territorial. The patio/gardens he's made are so beautiful they could be a tourist attraction alone in Pica, and I would definitely stay there again just for them. The apartment we stayed in was clean and included the basics for cooking (we did buy oil and salt). One tip- they don't have AC (there is a fan) or heat, so during colder evenings, bring a hot water bottle. The owner, "El Nono," was super friendly and went above and beyond to make us have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the best Airbnbs ever!!!

We were only passing through and therefore only one night there. Located on an orchard, the property unfolds a simple charm. There is no part too much in the kitchen. To get to restaurants I recommend using the car. A sustainable place to stay. Regards! Jan

The place is amazing considering that you are in the middle of the desert, Mrs. Corina who was the one who took care of us was extremely considerate, I teach the animals to my niece the times my niece wanted and was always attentive to our needs. Consider 2 points that are not clear in the description when leasing : 1. The pool is shared with other guests who can go during the day 2. Electricity is based on solar panels, so it does not look for a hairdryer or kettle On the date we went ( full summer) there was a lot of fly, so that they were prepared
